運動後宜吃甚麼?
無論想瘦身還是增肌,往往需要飲食和運動雙管齊下,但有說運動後進食會異常吸收,以致不少人在運動後都不敢進食,或者只吃蔬菜沙律果腹,但其實這有可能會影響健康!從中醫角度來說,沙律屬於生冷食物,進食後容易損傷陽氣,一旦脾胃陽氣受損,運化水液功能減退,就會導致水液在體內停滯,令身體多餘水分未可排出,也會引致痰濕症狀,亦會引致腸胃不適、疲倦、水腫等問題,所以運動後只吃蔬菜沙律恐怕會造成反效果。
其實運動後更需要補充適當的熱量及營養,修補身體組織,同時有助增肌減脂。建議運動後半小時至一小時進食,以優質蛋白質和碳水化合物為主,例如燕麥米水、紅米飯、糙米飯、白飯、小米粥、薯仔、番薯、雞蛋、豬肉、雞肉、魚肉等,煮法以蒸、煮、烚為主,避免煎炸等油膩煮法,再配搭適量蔬果,份量不宜過多,約七分飽就好。

From a Chinese medicine perspective, salad is a cold/raw food. It is easy to damage the yang qi after eating. Once the yang qi of spleen and stomach are damaged, the fluid transport functions will be reduced which will cause water stagnation in the body and it cannot discharge extra fluids. The body will produce phlegm and dampness symptom and cause problems such as stomach discomfort, fatigue, edema, etc. Therefore, eating salads after exercising may cause adverse effects.
In fact, it is necessary to absorb the appropriate calories and nutrition after exercise to repair the body tissue and help to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. It is recommended to eat from half an hour to 1hour after doing exercise. The diet should be mainly based on high-quality protein and carbohydrates such as oat rice water, red rice, brown rice, rice, millet porridge, potato, sweet potato, egg, pork, chicken, fish, etc. Those food should be steamed, boiled or simmered. Avoid fried and other oily cooking methods. Eat appropriate fruits and vegetables until you are about 70% full.

ข้าวผัดอเมริกัน เมนูที่หากินได้ที่ไทยทั้งๆที่ชื่อฝรั่ง บางตำนานเล่าว่าคนคิดเป็นคุณหญิงท่านหนึ่งที่ประยุกต์ข้าวผัดนี้ขึ้นมาเนื่องจากมีอาหารเช้าอเมริกันเหลือ และนำมาผัดเป็นข้าวผัด
คำถามประจำเลยครับ ว่ากินแล้วอ้วนไหม วันนี้ผมขออธิบายอีกทางหนึ่ง ว่าอาหารพวกนี้ จริงๆคุณค่าสารอาหารมันไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่อยู่แล้ว
Cal ประมาณ 700
Protein 25g (อาจจะไม่ถึงแล้วแต่ร้าน)
Carbs 50-70g
Fat 15-30g (แล้วแต่บางร้านทอดไส้กรอกอมน้ำมัน ก็เยอะ)
เอาจริงๆข้าวผัดแทบทุกเมนูคุณค่าไม่ค่อยต่างกัน (แต่ส่วนใหญ่โปรตีนไม่ถึง 25 กรัมแน่นอน เพราะเป็นเศษหมูเศษไก่)
ถ้ามัน "ไม่ดี" แล้วผมกินทำไม ทั้งๆที่เลือกเมนูอื่นได้ ขอตอบว่า ... คนเราจะกินอะไรทั้งที การมานั่งคิดว่ามัน "ดีกับเรา" ตลอดเวลา อาจจะเป็นโรคจิตได้ (แล้วสุดท้ายก็ตะบะแตกอยู่ดี) ดังนั้น หากวันใดนึกอยากกินอาหารในวัยเด็กขึ้นมา ก็กินเถอะครับ ในปริมาณที่พอเหมาะครับ :)

This is an interesting menu that can only be found in Thailand. Its fried rice with ketchup and raisin served with fried chicken, fried egg, ham and sausage. The origin of this "childhood favorite" (kids love it) dated back around 50-60 years ago when a chef got lots of leftovers from typical American Breakfast. So, she made fried rice out of it to serve American soldiers based in Thailand.
This menu isnt particularly nutritious... But heck, if we are going to choose everything we eat based on its "nutrition value" then I would go insane first.
Nostalgia wins this time. Sorry body... i will eat more veggies in my next meal kk.

●納豆:2個
●ごま油:小さじ1~小さじ2
●お好みのポン酢:小さじ2(ポン酢が好きな方はもっと入れても美味しいよ)
●大葉:5枚
●万能ねぎ:お好み量
●お好みで、ラー油、唐辛子、豆板醤、ミョウガ、卵

どちらも個別で食べても最高に美味しいんですが

今まで食べた事ないような最高にやみつきな料理になってて
ピーマンと納豆がマジ無限に食べれちゃいます♪
しかも、高たんぱく質、栄養もたっぷりなのに低糖質!!
糖質制限ダイエットされている方や筋トレされている方にもオススメだと思います。
作り方は混ぜて焼くだけ♪
とっても簡単なので是非作ってみて下さい。
栄養を沢山摂って暑い夏を皆で元気に乗り切りましょう♪
[Ingredients]
● Green pepper: 4 pieces
● Potato starch: 2 tablespoons (rice flour, wheat flour, cornstarch can also be used)
● Sausage: 1 bag
● Melted cheese of your choice: as much as you like
● Nam Pla: 1 teaspoon (you can also use soy sauce)
● Noodle soup: 1/2 teaspoon (3 to 4 times concentrated)
● Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
● Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
● Dou ban jiang: 1/2 teaspoon (gochujang is also fine)
● Rice oil (regular oil or sesame oil can be used)
● Black pepper
※ If you don't like spicy food, you can use regular miso instead of Dou ban jiang.
※ If you don't like Nam Pla, you can use soy sauce.
[Natto sauce]
● Natto: 2 pieces
● Sesame oil: 1 to 2 teaspoons
● 2 teaspoons of your favorite ponzu (if you like ponzu, you can add more)
● 5 shiso leaves
● Scallion: as desired
● Raayu, chili pepper, soy sauce, myoga, egg, to taste

This is healthy chicken nuggets using Okara!
Okara (soy pulp) is a bean curd refuse which is left after making soy milk. It is low in calories, low in fat, high in fiber, and also contains protein, calcium, iron, and riboflavin. It is an excellent diet food! What another thing I love about Okara is it enables the blood to flow smoothly! In other words, it reduces the blood cholesterol level!!!
As you might know, we usually make Unohana (simmered Okara) using Okara but this time, I mixed it with chicken and made chicken nuggests. It's texture became like a meat and my darling really loved it ;D hehe
It appeared on P.81 of a recipe mook (magazine book) published by Kodansha.

Tandoori Okara Chicken Nuggets
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: 16 pieces
Ingredients:
A
* 100g (3.5oz.) Okara
* 100g (3.5oz.) minced chicken
* 100g (3.5oz.) grated onion
* 1 egg
* 1/2 tbsp. grated ginger
* 1/2 tbsp. sake
* salt and pepper
B
* 4 tbsp. flour
* 4 tbsp. yogurt
* 1 tsp. soy sauce
* 1 tsp. curry powder
* 1/4 tsp. garam masala
vegetable oil for deep frying
C
* 3 tbsp. ketchup
* 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Put A in a bowl and mix well with your hands.
2. Divide it into 16 equal portions and make flat and oval-shaped small patties.
3. Mix B in a bowl. Dip and coat each piece.
4. Fry them in oil at 170C (338F) for 3 minutes until crisp golden brown.
5. Mix C and serve with the nuggets.

For this video, we are back at Monster Curry not for a spice challenge but to do a Massive 4.5KG Monster Curry Rice Platter! Monster Curry is a Japanese-themed restaurant chain that specialises in a demi-glace Japanese Curry served with an assortment of fried meat and seafood like chicken katsu, beef steak and shrimp tempura. You can adjust the spice level from Level 0 to Level 5, represented by the number of red petals on the curry, from which the Level 100 Monster Curry Spice Challenge was born.
For my giant plate, I was served 4.5kg of:
1. A mountain of rice
2. Pork Katsu
3. Chicken Katsu
4. Tori Karaage (Bone Fried Chicken Pieces)
5. Pork Sausages
6. Fried Fish
7. Pork Shabu-Shabu (Thinly-cut Pork Slices)
8. Shrimp Tempura (Battered)
9. Fried Shrimp
10. Beef Steak
11. Two Omelettes
12. Light vegetables
Topped off with a generous amount of Monster Curry’s famous demi-glace sauce, it was a protein heavy meal that I decided to enjoy slowly through Mukbang. The sauce was deep and rich, with a strong savoury flavour paired with a tinge of mild sweetness. It went well with practically everything on the plate. Commendably, the proteins were all decent at a minimum, but the Fried Fish and Katsus stood out for me. They were exemplarily cooked, moist and tender on the inside with a good crisp on the outside. Drowned in the demi-glace curry sauce and with a bit of rice, they were a joy to eat.
With such a reversal of what I have come to expect from Monster Curry Challenges, I had a surprisingly enjoyable Giant Curry Rice Mukbang at a good pace. Monster Curry offers a larger variety than what I had on my plate and they come in large portions, so it is worth a try.
