Banana Mochi Pancake by Honney
Ingredient:
Banana 1pc (100g)
Starch 20g
Sugar (if need)
Step:
1. In a mixing bowl mash ripe banana well
2. Add the starch and sugar (if need) and mix well
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Pour some batter in it.
5. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides.
6. Take them to a plate. Serve.

6. All-purpose flour, appropriate amount
7. Egg, 2
8. Panko (Bread Crumbs), appropriate amount
[Directions]
1. Steam potatoes and mash
2. Add salt and black pepper
3. Either mix the mozarella cheese pieces into the mashed up potato or wrap the mozarella cheese with the mashed potatoes
4. Shape it into an oval shape
5. Cover the oval shaped potatoes (with mozarella cheese) with flour
6. Proceed to cover it with beaten eggs
7. Cover it with panko (bread crumbs)
8. Fry until it turns golden brown

We made a sweet potato tart that looks like ice cream.
The ice cream part is made from sweet potato, and the ice cream cone part uses dumpling wrappers. The idea for this recipe came from our daughter, who loves sweet potatoes. We wanted to make a lot of sweet potato dessert at once, and using an ice cream scoop to make the rounded shape saved time and looked cute too! Wondering if we could use that for something, we thought of this cooking experiment. This simple sweet potato recipe uses coffee creamer. Since no heavy cream is used, it doesn't get watery or require cooking in a pot to thicken, and can be made quickly. But it's also delicious! We accidentally burned some of the sweet potato while not paying attention... but that's what happens sometimes when you do cooking experiments!
Recipe (makes 35 pieces, using a #28 ice cream scoop with diameter of 31mm)
1. Peel 400 to 450 grams of sweet potato and slice into rings.
2. Soak in water for 5 to 15 minutes to remove the bitterness, changing the water until it remains clear.
3. Drain the water and place the sweet potato in a heat-proof bowl, covered loosely with plastic wrap.
4. Heat in the microwave until soft. In our 600-watt microwave, this took about 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
5. While the sweet potato is hot, add 20 grams salted butter and 3 tablespoons (32 grams) creamer, and mash. (The sweetness will vary depending on the sweet potato and creamer, so add sugar to taste.)
6. When the sweet potato is cool, add one egg yolk and mix.
7. Scoop the sweet potato with the ice cream scoop and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Add one tablespoon water to an egg yolk and mix. (It should be thick enough to look slightly shiny.)
9. Brush the egg yolk mixture onto the sweet potato scoops.
10. Top with black sesame seeds or sprinkles if desired.
11. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
12. Brush the dumpling wrappers with vegetable oil.
13. Sprinkle the wrappers with granulated sugar.
14. Fold the wrappers almost in half to make a three-cornered hat shape, and use a little water to stick the edges together.
15. Place the wrappers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
16. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.
17. When the wrappers are cool, fill them with whipped cream and place the sweet potato scoops on top.
18. All done!

Japanese Potato Salad
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
300g (10.5oz.) potato
50g (1.8oz.) carrot
50g (1.8oz.) onion
50g (1.8oz.) cucumber
2 slices of cooked ham
1/2 cup whole kernel corn (canned)
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. vinegar (rice or grain)
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Slice the onion, sprinkle with a bit of salt, and leave for 2~3 minutes until limp. Wash and drain well. Use a paper towel to squeeze out any excess water. *This removes the bitter taste and strong smell of the onion.
2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds (you can use a vegetable slicer if you have). Sprinkle with a bit of salt. When they become limp, drain well and gently squeeze with a paper towel. *Removing excess water from the cucumber will keep the salad from becoming wet.
3. Cut sliced ham into 1/2 inch (1cm) square pieces. Slice the potato into 1/2 inch (1cm) half rounds. Place the potato slices in a pot, lightly wash (to remove extra starch), add water until covered, add 1/2 tsp. of salt, and put on high heat. When it becomes to a boil, turn down to medium and cook for about 12 minutes. 4. Check the potatoes with a skewer. When they are done, drain well, transfer to a bowl and mash with a fork while they are still hot. Season with 1/2 tbsp. of vinegar, salt and pepper. *The seasonings will make the potato tasty.
5. Slice the carrot into 0.1 inch (3mm) quarter rounds. Boil for 3 minutes and drain well.
6. When the potatoes and carrots are cool enough, combine all the ingredients in one bowl and season with 4 tbsp. of mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

耐熱のマグカップに卵を割り入れて
卵がしっかり隠れるくらいの水を入れます。
黄身に爪楊枝で5個くらい穴をあけて
ラップはせず600wで1分加熱して出来上がり♪
レンジによって加熱具合が変わると思うので
出来上がりを見ながら足らない場合は数秒ずつ様子を見ながら作ってみてね。
【材料】
●男爵じゃがいも:大きいサイズ6個(1個約150g)
●きゅうり:1本
●たまねぎ:1/2個
●ベーコン(ハムでも美味しいよ)
●塩(塩もみ用)
●半熟卵(市販のもの):4個
[ポテトサラダの味付け]
●塩少々
●黒コショウたっぷり
●マヨネーズ:大さじ10
●だしまろ酢:大さじ1(調味酢でもOK、ドレッシングを使わない時は大さじ3)
●ごまドレッシング:大さじ2(青じそドレッシングやフレンチドレッシングもオススメです)
【4人前くらいの分量】
●男爵じゃがいも:中サイズ4個(1個約100g)
●きゅうり:1/2本
●たまねぎ:1/3個
●ベーコンやハム
●塩(塩もみ用)
●半熟卵(市販のもの):2個
[味付け]
●塩少々
●黒コショウたっぷり
●マヨネーズ:大さじ5~7
●だしまろ酢:大さじ1/2
●ごまドレッシング:大さじ1
※じゃがいもはホクホクになる男爵いもがオススメです。
熱々のうちに下味をつけておくのが美味しさの秘訣♪
隠し味でドレッシングをいれるとお店で売ってるポテトサラダとは一味違う、より本格的な味になります。
そこから具材を変えてサーモンをいれたり、ウインナー、アボカド、明太子、チーズなどなど、お好きな具材をいれて色々工夫するともっとポテサラが大好きになりますw
僕たちは、バケットにチーズを一緒に乗せて焼いたり、春巻きの皮で巻いたり、グラタン風にしたり、アレンジするのも大好きなので、いつも多めに作ってます。
今回は夏という事もあり出来るだけ暑くないよう簡単に出来るレシピを考えてみました。
動画でも説明させて頂いてますがお好みで野菜の調理方法を変えたり、つぶし加減を変えるだけで全く違うポテサラが出来るので

●Vinegar: A tablespoon(3tablespoons with no dressings)
●Sesame dressings: 2 tablespoons(Shiso dressings and french dressings are good too)
About 4 servings
