幾米是台灣著名的插畫家,他的繪本被翻成十多種語言,暢銷全世界,原本紅磚建築的宜蘭火車站,加入幾米插畫的夢幻元素後,像魔法般搖身一變,成了全台灣最可愛的火車站
Jimmy is a famous Taiwanese illustrator. His charming picture books have been translated into more than ten languages and are sold all over the world. Yilan Train Station used to have a plain brick exterior, but as if with the magic of Jimmy, it’s been turned into Taiwan’s cutest train station.

說到傳統,宜蘭有一種特有的飲料,流傳了二百多年,叫做紅露酒,是採用紅麴及糯米發酵釀製而成的一種糧食酒,在清朝即為宜蘭鄉民所飲用,至今縣政府不但為它舉辦「宜蘭縣酒節」的活動,更把它定為“縣酒”,這可是全台灣的創舉,可見紅露酒,在宜蘭人心中有很重要的地位。
Speaking of tradition, Yilan has a special drink that’s been passed down for over two hundred years. It’s a type of red cordial called “hungluh chiew”. The Yilan County government holds festivals for the beverage, which it’s even designated as the official county drink. As the first drink in Taiwan to be recognized like that, it’s easy to see that “hungluh chiew” holds a special place in the hearts of the people of Yilan.
紅露酒的原料是紅麴米和糯米,宜蘭人暱稱它為“紅酒”,我 現在就來喝喝看,它跟真的紅酒有什麼不一樣...
The ingredients in an-chiew are red yeast rice and sticky rice. The people of Yilan have nicknamed the drink “red wine.” I’m going to have a drink, to see how it’s different from real red wine.

“hungluh chiew” is the star product of Yilan Distillery, which was built in 1909. The distillery offers a range of delicious drinks to taste in the surrounding of some beautiful Japanese-era architecture. Tourists shouldn’t miss it! For example this building is the distillery’s administrative office, which blends western and Japanese architectural influences. It was even listed as one of Taiwan’s 100 most notable old buildings.

SUMMER IS HERE!!! ahhh i love summer ?
First off, I know I'm super bloated in this video ?? My mom and younger sister were visiting so we had a "family" hotpot night yesterday ? It was yummy tho, I cut up some sausage octopus ?
Second of all...do you notice anything different? This is my first video in my new apartment! ? Looking at my old empty apartment before I left, I was reminded of when I first moved to LA and realized how much I've grown. It's always a bittersweet feeling to realize how much you've changed (usually because growth comes from overcoming tough situations ack), but change is good! I always like to say no good comes from staying comfortable. It keeps you stagnant and running in one place. So even though I will maybe miss my old apartment, I'm happy to be in a new place and mindset. I hope you've all changed (for the better) over the past year too ? Now, on to summer vacay!

半熟卵の作り方を紹介している動画

●レンジで半熟卵の作り方
耐熱のマグカップに卵を割り入れて
卵がしっかり隠れるくらいの水を入れます。
黄身に爪楊枝で5個くらい穴をあけて
ラップはせず600wで1分加熱して出来上がり♪
レンジによって加熱具合が変わると思うので
出来上がりを見ながら足らない場合は数秒ずつ様子を見ながら作ってみてね。
【材料】
●男爵じゃがいも:大きいサイズ6個(1個約150g)
●きゅうり:1本
●たまねぎ:1/2個
●ベーコン(ハムでも美味しいよ)
●塩(塩もみ用)
●半熟卵(市販のもの):4個
[ポテトサラダの味付け]
●塩少々
●黒コショウたっぷり
●マヨネーズ:大さじ10
●だしまろ酢:大さじ1(調味酢でもOK、ドレッシングを使わない時は大さじ3)
●ごまドレッシング:大さじ2(青じそドレッシングやフレンチドレッシングもオススメです)
【4人前くらいの分量】
●男爵じゃがいも:中サイズ4個(1個約100g)
●きゅうり:1/2本
●たまねぎ:1/3個
●ベーコンやハム
●塩(塩もみ用)
●半熟卵(市販のもの):2個
[味付け]
●塩少々
●黒コショウたっぷり
●マヨネーズ:大さじ5~7
●だしまろ酢:大さじ1/2
●ごまドレッシング:大さじ1
※じゃがいもはホクホクになる男爵いもがオススメです。
熱々のうちに下味をつけておくのが美味しさの秘訣♪
隠し味でドレッシングをいれるとお店で売ってるポテトサラダとは一味違う、より本格的な味になります。
そこから具材を変えてサーモンをいれたり、ウインナー、アボカド、明太子、チーズなどなど、お好きな具材をいれて色々工夫するともっとポテサラが大好きになりますw
僕たちは、バケットにチーズを一緒に乗せて焼いたり、春巻きの皮で巻いたり、グラタン風にしたり、アレンジするのも大好きなので、いつも多めに作ってます。
今回は夏という事もあり出来るだけ暑くないよう簡単に出来るレシピを考えてみました。
動画でも説明させて頂いてますがお好みで野菜の調理方法を変えたり、つぶし加減を変えるだけで全く違うポテサラが出来るので
是非、自分好みの世界一おいしいポテトサラダを作ってみて下さい。

Crack an egg into a heat-resistant mug
put water to soak egg fully
put five small holes on yellow part with a toothpick
microwave for a minute by 600W with no plastic wrap
Degree depends on what you use
watch out for overcooking

●Irish Cobbler Potato: Large size six pieces
●Cucumber: 1 whole piece
●Onion: Half piece
●Bacon(or Ham)
●Salt(for cucumber)
●Half-boiled egg: 4 pieces
Flavoring
●Salt: a little
●Black pepper: a lot
●Mayonnaise: 10 tablespoons
●Vinegar: A tablespoon(3tablespoons with no dressings)
●Sesame dressings: 2 tablespoons(Shiso dressings and french dressings are good too)
About 4 servings
●Irish Cobbler Potato: Medium size 4 pieces(100g per one piece)
●Cucumber: 1/2 piece
●Onion: 1/3 piece
●Bacon or Ham
●Salt(for cucumber)
●Half-boiled egg: 2 pieces
Flavoring
●Salt: A little
●Black pepper: A lot
●Mayonnaise: 5 to 7 tablespoons
●Vinegar: ½ tablespoons
●Sesame dressings: 1 tablespoon
I recommend Irish Cobbler Potato for best results
Flavouring it while it is hot is the key point
Dressings for best results
Salmon, sausage, avocado, cod roe, cheese and so on...have it your own way
Making toast with baguette and cheese, wrapping with rice paper, making gratin… there are so many ways
This recipe is best for this summer season easy and cool

●片栗粉:大さじ2(米粉、小麦粉、コーンスターチでもOK)
●ウインナー:1袋
●お好みのとろけるチーズ:お好み量
●ナンプラー:小さじ1(醤油でもOK)
●めんつゆ(3~4倍濃縮):小さじ1/2
●おろしにんにく:小さじ1/2
●おろし生姜:小さじ1/2
●豆板醤:小さじ1/2(コチュジャンでもOK)
●米油(普通の油、胡麻油でもOK)
●ブラックペッパー
※辛いのが苦手な方は豆板醤を普通の味噌にしてもOK
※ナンプラーが苦手な方は醤油に変更してもOK
[やみつき納豆だれ]
●納豆:2個
●ごま油:小さじ1~小さじ2
●お好みのポン酢:小さじ2(ポン酢が好きな方はもっと入れても美味しいよ)
●大葉:5枚
●万能ねぎ:お好み量
●お好みで、ラー油、唐辛子、豆板醤、ミョウガ、卵

『やみつきピーマン焼き』と『やみつき納豆だれ』を作りました。
ピーマン嫌いのうちの子がこれだけはバクバク食べてくれる!と何度も言って頂けたり
こんなやみつきな納豆料理初めて食べた…とこちらも何度も言って頂けてる
食べた人全員にレシピを聞かれるくらいの自慢のレシピです♪
どちらも個別で食べても最高に美味しいんですが
一緒に食べるともうヤバイんです🤤
今まで食べた事ないような最高にやみつきな料理になってて
ピーマンと納豆がマジ無限に食べれちゃいます♪
しかも、高たんぱく質、栄養もたっぷりなのに低糖質!!
糖質制限ダイエットされている方や筋トレされている方にもオススメだと思います。
作り方は混ぜて焼くだけ♪
とっても簡単なので是非作ってみて下さい。
栄養を沢山摂って暑い夏を皆で元気に乗り切りましょう♪
[Ingredients]
● Green pepper: 4 pieces
● Potato starch: 2 tablespoons (rice flour, wheat flour, cornstarch can also be used)
● Sausage: 1 bag
● Melted cheese of your choice: as much as you like
● Nam Pla: 1 teaspoon (you can also use soy sauce)
● Noodle soup: 1/2 teaspoon (3 to 4 times concentrated)
● Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
● Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
● Dou ban jiang: 1/2 teaspoon (gochujang is also fine)
● Rice oil (regular oil or sesame oil can be used)
● Black pepper
※ If you don't like spicy food, you can use regular miso instead of Dou ban jiang.
※ If you don't like Nam Pla, you can use soy sauce.
[Natto sauce]
● Natto: 2 pieces
● Sesame oil: 1 to 2 teaspoons
● 2 teaspoons of your favorite ponzu (if you like ponzu, you can add more)
● 5 shiso leaves
● Scallion: as desired
● Raayu, chili pepper, soy sauce, myoga, egg, to taste

Both of these recipes taste great when eaten individually, but when eaten together, they're just too good.
