當你超過8-12星期，不斷重複一樣的練習，休息不夠，然後加上生活工作壓力，仍然勉強運動。

我總是一個非常自律的人，但過份盲目的努力，可能會得著反效果。
趁著年尾，好好休息一下，重新調整方向，設立新目標，下年再來。

not a huge different but I still wanna show you guys how skinny I was.
Back to the days when I have not started any gym sessions, only ball games and cardio, I was very very skinny. (My big head even makes my body looks smaller)
But It is all about how you really want to change. The 2017 isn't very fit, the pic was taken on the last day of my vacation, I start losing shape due to a lot of eating. But I know, Ive been through a lot, and I am not going to give up getting better, especially when I look back where i begin. It takes a bit longer than ppl who are not in skinny body type but It is totally FINE. Just deal with it and keep going.
