Mac & Cheese，或乾脆叫它「KD」，是加拿大超市賣得最好的食品。價格低廉，烹煮簡便，怎麼看都像是咱們亞洲人吃的泡麵。滑順的麵條口感，濃郁的起司香氣，是大人止飢或(敷衍地)餵飽小孩一餐的好夥伴。
每年的7/7這天我都會煮備一小鍋起司通心粉，不單單是儀式感般地度過這節慶，更讓我回想起多年前在加拿大偶爾煮這道菜，和仍是中小學生的兒子在餐桌上共餐聊天的情景....

Resepi Makaroni dan Keju
Bahan-bahan
1 pkt makaroni
1 blok keju mozarella (dipotong)
2 sb tepung gandum
2 sb mentega
1 cawan susu segar
1 sk lada hitam
garam (secukup rasa)
Cara memasak
1. Rebus makaroni sehingga lembut. Angkat dan toskan.
2. Di dalam periuk, cairkan mentega dan masukkan tepung gandum. Kacau sebati.
3. Masukkan susu segar dan keju. Kacau sehingga keju cair sepenuhnya.
4. Masukkan lada hitam dan garam secukup rasa. Kacaukan seketika. Kemudian, masukkan makaroni yang direbus.
5. Kacau sebati dan sendukkan ke dalam ramekin.
6. Hiaskan dengan daun parsley segar . Makaroni dan Keju Super Creamy siap untuk dihidangkan.

This simple mac and cheese taste good if eat when it is hot..the best part is when the cheese still melts..this dish also not spicy..pergghh..
Macaroni And Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
1 packet macaroni pasta
1 block mozzarella cheese (cut)
2 tbsp of wheat flour
2 tbsp of butter
1 cup of fresh milk
1 tsp of black pepper
salt (to taste)
Cooking methods
1. Boiled macaroni pasta until soft. Remove and strain the water.
2. Using a pot, melt butter and add in wheat flour. Stir well.
3. Pour in fresh milk and grated cheese. Mix until cheese is melting.
4. Add black pepper and salt to taste. Stir well. Next, add in boiled macaroni pasta.
5. Mix all well and scoop into the ramekin.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and Mac n Cheese is ready to be served.

作法：
一片起士片對折再對折
切成四等份
放到中間疊成柱狀
倒入五十克通心粉
100ml杏仁奶
撒上海鹽和黑胡椒
再擺上瑪茲瑞拉起司
放進氣炸烤箱160度30分鐘
就完成拉！
用叉子把酥脆的馬茲瑞拉起司
和起司通心粉攪拌均勻
再撒上一點巴西里
就可以享用囉！
