Resepi Udang Mentega Telur Masin Terlajak Sedap
Bahan-bahan
6 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
5 tangkai cili padi (dihiris)
1 cili merah (dihiris)
3 tangkai daun kari
garam (secukup rasa)
gula (secukup rasa)
10 ekor udang
2 sb mentega
1 sk serbuk telur masin
3 biji telur masin
50 ml susu segar
4 sk tepung jagung
1 biji telur
Cara memasak
1. Rebus telur masin dan asingkan telur merah. Ketepikan.
2. Gaul sebati udang bersama sebiji telur dan tepung jagung.
3. Goreng udang menggunakan api sederhana sehingga keperangan. Angkat dan toskan lebihan minyak.
4. Kemudian, cairkan mentega dan tumis bawang putih yang telah dicincang sehingga naik bau.
5. Masukkan daun kari, cili padi, dan cili merah.
6. Masukkan pula serbuk telur masin dan telur masin yang telah dihancurkan.
7. Kacau dan masak sehingga kelihatan berbuih kemudian masukkan susu segar ke dalam.
8. Gaul rata dan perasakan dengan gula dan garam secukup rasa.

Buttered Prawn Salted Egg Recipe
Ingredients
6 cloves garlic (minced)
5 stalks bird's eye chili (sliced)
1 red chili (sliced)
3 stalks curry leaves
salt (to taste)
sugar (to taste)
10 prawns
2 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of salted egg powder
3 nos salted eggs
50 ml fresh milk
4 tsp corn flour
1 nos egg
Cooking methods
1. Boil salted egg and separate the egg yolk. Set aside.
2. Mix well shrimp with egg and corn flour.
3. Fried the shrimp using medium heat until golden brown. Remove from heat and drain the excess oil.
4. Next, melt butter and saute minced garlic until fragrant.
5. Add in curry leaves, bird's eye chili and red chili.
6. Put in salted egg powder and mashed salted egg.
7. Stir and cook until bubble form then pour in fresh milk.
8. Mix well and season with salt and sugar to taste.
9. Put the fried shrimp and toss until all parts coated with the gravy.
10. Buttered prawn salted egg is ready to be served.

Bahan-bahan (Inti Kastard)
1 cwn tepung kastard
1 cwn susu segar
1 cwn air
1/3 cawan gula kastor
Cara memasak
1. Apam Tokyo: Masukkan telur, gula kastor, susu segar, air, tepung gandum, serbuk penaik dan minyak jagung.
2. Pukul sehingga adunan sebati dan ketepikan.
3. Inti Kastard: Campurkan susu segar, air, gula dan tepung kastard ke dalam periuk.
4. Kacau sehingga larut dengan menggunakan api sederhana.
5. Teruskan mengacau sehingga adunan menjadi pekat dan berkilat. Sejukkan lalu masukkan inti kastard ke dalam piping bag.
6. Penyediaan: Dengan menggunakan api sederhana, cedok adunan tepung dan tuangkan ke atas pan.
7. Biarkan ia masak seketika dan paipkan inti kastard di tengah-tengah apam.
8. Kemudian, segera lipatkan apam ketika masih panas di atas pan.
9. Apam Tokyo dan Inti Kastard siap untuk dihidangkan.

1 cup of custard flour
1 cup of fresh milk
1 cup of water
1/3 cup of castor sugar
Cooking methods
1. Tokyo Pancake: Add in egg, castor sugar, fresh milk, water, wheat flour, baking powder and corn oil.
2. Whisk well the batter and set aside.
3. Custard Filling: Mix fresh milk, water, sugar, and custard flour into a pot.
4. Stir until dissolve using medium heat.
5. Keep stirring the mixture until thicken and glossy. Chill the filling and pour into pipping beg.
6. Preparation: While using medium heat, scoop batter and pour into pan.

Salad
Tomato (dipotong)
Daun ketumbar (dipotong)
Daun bawang (dipotong)
Salad ungu
10 ekor udang (direbus)
Timun (dipotong)
1 paket kertas beras
1/2 sk garam
Nota: Boleh juga menggunakan sayur-sayuran lain.
Cara memasak (Sos Pencicah)
1. Dengan menggunakan pengisar, masukkan bawang kecil, cili padi dan bawang putih.
2. Kemudian, masukkan air perahan lemon, sos ikan dan sos Thai.
3. Kisarkan sehingga sebati.
4. Sos pedas manis siap untuk dihidangkan.
Cara menggulung (Popia Vietnam )
1. Masukkan garam dan udang ke dalam air rebusan dan masak sehingga udang kemerahan.
2. Basahkan kertas beras sehingga sedikit lembut dan letakkan di atas pinggan.
3. Susun udang dan sayur yang telah dipotong di atas kertas beras.
4. Lipatkan bahagian hujung kertas beras menutupi inti. Seterusnya, lipat bahagian kanan dan juga bahagian kiri. Akhirnya, gulungkan kertas beras dengan kemas.
5. Popia Vietnam siap untuk dihidangkan.
Nota: Pastikan kertas tersebut digulungkan dengan cepat. kalau tidak kertas akan mula melekat dan mudah terkoyak.

Ingredients (Dipping Sauce)
2 shallots
10 bird's eye chilies
3 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon (squeezed)
3 cups of Thai chili sauce
1 tsp of fish sauce
Ingredients (Vietnamese Roll)
Lettuce
Tomato (Julienne cut)
Coriander (cut)
Scallion (cut)
Purple lettuce
10 shrimps (boiled)
Cucumber (Julienne cut)
1 packet of rice paper
1/2 tsp of salt
Note: You may use other vegetables.
Cooking methods (Dipping Sauce)
1. Put shallots, bird's eye chilies and garlic in a blender.
2. Next, put in lemon juice, fish sauce and Thai chili sauce.
3. Blend them until well-combined.
4. Sweet sauce is ready to be served.
Rolling process (Vietnamese Spring Roll)
1. Put salt and shrimps into the boiling water and cook until shrimps reddened.
2. Wet rice paper until soften and lay it on a plate.
3. Place boiled shrimps and selected vegetables nicely onto rice paper.
4. Fold the bottom part over the filling. Then, fold the right and left sides. Lastly, roll over tightly.
5. Vietnamese spring roll is now ready to be served.
Note: Handle the wrapping step with care and as soon as possible to avoid the rice paper from torn.
