幸好一晚good cry後，強烈的內在聲音叫停了自己。抽出所有同類型的牌，在提醒著我，如我不好好回到此時此刻，又如何叫停並叫醒他們呢？別讓負面思想牽著我的鼻子走路，況且他們有各人的學習及成長路，我們反觀自己走過來的路，為神明為宇宙所用，好好分享經歷過的寶貴體驗吧。

今天推出瘦手美背運動，
讓我們在家用啞鈴練出蓋兒加朵的美背吧😀

📍黑媽居家運動執行方式：
☛熱身、主要訓練、伸展。
☛提醒：運動訓練安排以周為單位，
一三五下肢、二四六上肢、日休息。
☛飲食：運動後30分鐘內補充蛋白質。
這套神力女超人運動一共有3集，
可以分成下肢、上肢和腹部訓練，
要是這陣子還有往返其他國家的需求，
仍需要進行14天的居家檢疫隔離，
住防疫旅館的話就帶著彈力帶或用礦泉水瓶做運動，
如果在家就用啞鈴好好訓練吧！
隔離14天出關後，就用好身材讓大家驚艷一下。

在黑媽的行事曆上二月就是放假月，
因為二月除了過年，還有元宵等假期，
以及我的生日～
二月的飲食內容我都會稍微放開一點吃🤣
但是當我們吃太開的時候，
第一個有感受的部位「肚子」可就很熱鬧了，
所以在下一個假期來臨之前，
有必要先好好鏟油，
特別加強下腹部這個難纏的部位。
#今天的運動教學是上周直播的高清版
準備好一張止滑度夠的瑜伽墊，
就可以徒手鏟油！
不過黑媽要提醒一下，
如果你是剛和我一起運動的朋友，
在動作與動作間的10秒鐘就好好休息，
已經是中高階的朋友，
我們就來一套零休息的間歇訓練吧！
這套菜單一共有10個動作，
再加上每個動作之間的銜間動作船式，
全部都是針對腹部做加強，
還有好幾個針對下腹部的反向動作，
做起來很有感受度，
同時大腿也會很痠，
別忘了最後用瑜伽滾筒幫自己舒緩。
📍黑媽居家運動執行方式：
☛熱身、主要訓練、伸展。
☛提醒：運動訓練安排以周為單位，
一三五下肢、二四六上肢、日休息。
☛飲食：運動後30分鐘內補充優質蛋白質，
最晚在60分鐘內補充完練後餐。
