最近工作室來了一個伯伯，來體驗瑜珈課，聽說他72歲了
大家都稱呼他為「老爹」，是個常常騎腳踏車一騎就是100多公里的伯伯，我覺得他超厲害的。
老爹說：錢不是問題，問題是要有時間。
每次聽到長輩說這句話，我都會檢討我自己，當我每次在喊無聊不知道要幹嘛的時候，再回過頭看看這些把自己的生活排的很充實的長輩，我都覺得自己很沒上進心。😂
人的一生真的不長不短，要把握時間安排自己想做的每一件事，當自己在煩悶不開心的時候，我都會看看來上課的學生們，回想著這他們的生活、他們的故事，其實，讓我煩悶不開心的事也不過就是一件小事情，調整好自己的心態事情就過了，也許糾結、不甘心、搞不明白，但有時候人當當瞎子跟聾子也不錯⋯不要跟自己過不去。
