The 20 minute vegan oatmeal cinnamon cookie

Oven 焗爐溫度: 180 c
Ingredients材料:
Dry 乾:
1 cup oatmeal 麥皮
1 cup flour 麵粉
1/2 cup almond meal 杏仁粉
1 tsp baking powder 發酵粉
1 tsp cinnamon 肉桂
A pinch of Himalayan pink sea salt 鹽
Wet 濕:
2 tbs oil of your choice 油（椰子油等）
3/4 cup sugar of your choice (if liquid, use 1/2 cup) 糖 （如果用糖漿, 用半杯）
3/4 cup vegetable shortening 植物起酥油
Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet with dry ingredients. Mould cookie batter into shapes (they bake in the shape you mould). Bake for 12-15 min at 180 c.
混合乾材料、然後混合濕材料。做成你選擇的形狀。焗180℃ 12-15分鐘。
