1/2 cawan gule halus panas kan dan perangkan smbil perang kan jgn bawak2 begosip atau main fb nnt rentung
ok masuk dalam loyang 8x8 ratakan nak senang panas kan loyang kat api dapur dan goyang2 sket bg rata
panas kan kukusan dan sediakan puding nye
1 tin 1/2 susu sejat fnN
susu pekat 3/4 cawan kalau xnak manis 1/2 cawan
sedikit esen vanila
3 bijik telur +1bijik telur kuning sahaja
ok whisk kan semua
masuk dalam loyang ade caramel td dan kukus 20 mnt api besa..bukak dan tgk kalau goyang loyang nampk pejal dah ok tu
sediakan kek coklat nye
4 bijik telur
1 cawan gule halus
1sb ovalate
mix bg kembang
sementara tu ayak kan 1 3/4 cawan tepung gandum(jgn 13 cawan kojol😂😂)
1sk baking powder
1sk soda bikarbonat
1cawan serbuk koko
sedikit garam halus sikit je jgn ko tibai 1sb terus strok sape makan😂😂
ok bahan kite mix td dah kembang
masuk 1 cawan susu pekat nak kurg manis 1/2 cawan
1 cawan minyak masak
mix sebati matikan mixer
ok masuk tepung dan kacau
last masuk 1 cawan air panas didih
boleh test celup jari panas ke x kalau melecur ok cantek panas air tu(kang ade plak yg buat ni kang😉😂)
ok puding td dah masak kite angkat bia 5mnt kite garis2 permukaan puding dgn pisau bg kek tu lekat nnt
baru tuang adunan kek dan ttup permukaan pakai plastik wraping kukus lg 35 mnt api besa
dah masak bia 1 jam di luar tanpa tebalik kan
sisip2 baru tebalik kan atas board..siap doneeee
jual slice korg kene celup pisau kat air panas dulu lap baru potong kek ketepi jgn angkat keatas
ok dapat dalam 24 slice 1 slice rm3 pon ok..

【ingredients】(4.72in round・2×100mlcups)
400ml milk
120ml Heavy cream
3 Tea pack
2 eggs
80g Granulated sugar
80g Sweetened condensed milk
Caramel sauce
100g Granulated sugar
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp hot water

【作り方】
①鍋にグラニュー糖と水を入れて強火で煮たてて、色がこげ茶色に変わったら火を止めてお湯を加えてカラメルソースを作って器に入れて冷まします。
②カラメルを作った鍋に牛乳と生クリームを加えて沸騰させて、火を止めて紅茶パックを入れて放置しておきます。
③ボウルに卵、グラニュー糖、加糖練乳を入れてよく混ぜて、そこへ②を加えて良く混ぜます。
④ケーキ型に入れて約50-60℃のお湯で140℃に余熱したオーブンで30-35分湯せん焼きにします。
(12㎝丸型・100mlカップ2個を使用しました)
⑤あら熱が取れたらラップをして冷蔵庫で一晩冷やして型から出します。

Bahan-Bahan Karamel
3 sb gula
1 sb air panas
Bahan-Bahan Puding
2 biji telur
250 ml susu segar
3 sb susu pekat
1 sk esen vanilla
Bahan-Bahan Kek
5 biji kuning telur
40 gm gula
40 ml minyak jagung
50 ml susu segar
1 sk esen vanila
100 gm tepung naik sendiri
Bahan-Bahan Meringue
5 biji putih telur
80 gm gula
Cara memasak
1. Untuk membuat karamel, masak gula sehingga warna bertukar keperangan.
2. Masukkan air panas dan gaulkannya.
3. Setelah itu, tuangkan sedikit karamel tadi ke dalam loyang.
4. Untuk puding pula, panaskan dahulu susu segar bersama susu pekat. Tidak perlu masak sehingga mendidih.
5. Pukul telur di dalam satu mangkuk lain.
6. Kemudian, campurkan susu segar bersama telur tadi dan kacau sebati.
7. Masukkan esen vanila dan teruskan kacaukan.
8. Tapis adunan puding ke dalam loyang. Ketepikan dahulu.
9. Untuk kek pula, gaulkan kuning telur dan gula sehingga sebati.
10. Masukkan pula minyak jagung, susu segar, esen vanilla dan gaulkan semuanya sehingga 'bersatu'.
11. Masukkan tepung naik sendiri dan gaulkan lagi.
12. Di dalam mangkuk lain, pukul putih telur sehingga kembang menggunakan pengadun.
13. Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit sehingga menjadi meringue.
14. Campurkan meringue ke dalam adunan kek sedikit demi sedikit sehingga sebati.
15. Bahagikan adunan kepada beberapa bahagian untuk ditambahkan pewarna.
16. Masukkan adunan kek ke dalam loyang secara berselang-seli warnanya.
17. Bakar kek di dalam oven pada suhu 160°C selama 50 minit menggunakan teknik water bath.
18. Keluarkan kek daripada loyang dan kek karamel pelangi sedia untuk dihidangkan.

4. For pudding, heat fresh milk and condensed milk together. No need to bring to a boil.
5. Slightly beat eggs inside a bowl.
6. Combine milk mixture with beaten eggs while simultaneously stir well.
7. Add vanilla essence and stir well.
8. Sieve pudding mixture into mold. Put aside first.
9. For cake batter, mix egg yolks and sugar until well-mixed.
10. Add corn oil, fresh milk and vanilla essence, mix them well.
11. Add self-rising flour and mix well.
12. In other bowl, beat egg whites using mixer until fluffy.
13. Add sugar gradually until it becomes meringue.
14. Add meringue into cake batter bit by bit until well-mixed.
15. Divide cake batter into several parts for coloring purpose.
16. Add cake batter into mold alternately in colors.
17. Bake cake inside the oven at 160°C for 50 minutes using water bath technique.
18. Unmold cake and creme' caramel rainbow cake recipe is ready to be enjoyed.

200 ml susu cair
3 sb susu pekat
1 sk esen vanila
Cara memasak
1. Untuk membuat karamel, masakkan gula sehingga warna bertukar keperangan.
2. Masukkan air panas dan gaulkannya.
3. Setelah itu, tuangkan sedikit gula ke dalam mangkuk.
4. Untuk puding pula, panaskan dahulu susu segar bersama susu pekat. Tidak perlu sehingga mendidih.
5. Pukul telur di dalam satu mangkuk.
6. Campurkan campuran susu bersama telur dan kacaukan sehingga bersatu.
7. Masukkan esen vanila dan kacau sebati.
8. Tapiskan campuran sebanyak dua kali untuk mendapatkan tekstur yang halus.
9. Tuangkan dan tapiskan campuran ke dalam mangkuk berisi karamel.
10. Kukus puding karamel selama 45 minit atau sehingga puding menjadi pejal. Gunakan api yang perlahan.
11. Setelah selesai, puding karamel siap untuk dihidangkan. Boleh sejukkan dahulu di dalam peti sejuk untuk rasa yang lebih sedap.
