Before getting into any kind of pull ups/chin ups..assistance is always needed. Focusing more on biceps here this is the supinated grip pull up. I find using bands better than the machine only cause it forces me to engage my core more into getting a strict pull-up. I swung a lot at the beginning of this video cause my grip wasn't steady and wasn't thinking of my keeping my core tight, then got back in the groove.

Bum to bum! Yesterday's workout with Talitha Tan at @koafitnessmy. I workout alone most of the time. But its awesome to have partner next to you! Makes you get off your lazy ass, and with this mini she beast, you dint want to back down haha. Though not sure how often I can do this. Would any other ladies like to just gym together for fun? 6 weeks out.
I've entered a different playing field as i prep for my comp. I do believe it's not impossible to get bikini stage ready, but taking the progesterone meds to balance out hormones in my body will prove to be a complication. Making it a bit more complicated for me and my coach to assess my body composition. Currently, i don't see any bad changes in my physique, hence the plan is to continue with training and nutrition plan, while seeing what happens. Staying positive for the stage!!
Today's vlog i wanna share these with you:

Week 4Vlog up!
It's learning how to stop and smell the roses before they become sour fish. lots of things are going on, couple with accumulation of not proper rest, my body burnt out, felt incredibly tired, was not emotionally right and looked like a zombie on some days. This is where it brought me to think of the possible imbalances i may have due to being magnesium deficient. Learning time, here are the symptoms of being Magnesium deficient. I had 7 out of the symptoms, if i'm relating it to myself.
1. Irritability
2.Anxiety
3.Lethargy
4.Fatigue
5.Memory problems
6.Anorexia
7.Loss of Appetite
8.Nausea
9.Vomiting
10.Seizures
11.Muscle weakness
12.Muscle cramps
13.Tremors
14.Vertigo
15.Difficulty swallowing
16.Irregular or rapid heartbeat
Bare in mind, this is base on what I already know due from health screening and also after going a psych test with my coach. Most of the time we don't realise we "may" be deficient cause getting magnesium naturally is difficult cause of foods beings processed, the soil conditions have changed in the last 50-60 years, and eating habits are the best.
Anyway before i ramble on, best to watch the vlog :)
Side note, I pay tribute to two amazing individuals in my vlog. They are amazing females who have transformed themselves and I can't be more proud when they stepped on to the @wbff_official stage. One to defend her title and another stepping on to the stage for the first time. So much love for @HattieBoydle and @SassyShazlee. Do find them and i hope they inspire you as much as me.
