Have faith in what you want to achieve. Have faith in what you want to achieve. 😇 Morning and warning long post ahead. Deciided to share a lil. The changes of the pic in the 2016 are not humongous but there are changes no less. Growing up ive always liked to think i was kinda fit, 2015 really showed i wasn't in my opinion. That was at the Spartan Sprint, walked the entire course which was only 6km (sure i had no energy after hosting it), couldn't climb a rope, wasnt eating right or sleeping well & crap i look big....watchout bloated whale coming through!

I remember when i couldnt fit into one of my old dresses i'd get depress and then just ate more crap...thinking why not. Damage already done. One more siew pau, one more ice cream, one more biscuit... then id feel guilty and the cycle repeats. I just kept saying ill fix myself tomorrow and procrastinated.

2016 on the other hand, i wanted to get my fitness back on track, I needed a proper program to strengthen me and a nutrition guide. Mindset was the first step to wanting to find balance again. Which i did get with some help at Axiom and i learnt a lot more about my body. I dropped a good amount of body fat down to 17%, did my first 21km obstacle course, can climb a rope now, squat PB of 83kg, snatchgrip deadlift PB 80kg, 7 pull ups, definitely got stronger...maybe not as flexible... But its only the beginning. To anyone making their own changes for the better, chin up and keep trying. Getting into a fitter lifestyle shouldn't be about aesthetics alone (Its a result that comes with) It should be about loving and understanding your body. Keep hustling and your goal will be achieved. I'm still working hard for mine! Not stopping. Focus!
