All Glory Be to God! Warning long post 😉 It is the day after the comp and I'm back at work on radio. 🤗 After 125 days, countless hours at the gym and kitchen, all the fish and chicken, the money spent for last night paid off. For my very first show, im happy with the result coming in top 10 in both short and novice categories. Gratitude (& some serious cramps) filled me backstage.
Thank you once again to my family for their endless support, my mom who didnt see me on stage buy was with me backstage love you so much. My friends who came to support, you know who you are!!!

My Favourite Upper Body Warm Ups and Activation | Linora Low
Here's a video to help you mobilise and stabilise your shoulder area, while activating the right muscles for your upper body day workout. some of the exercises are also great as rehabilitation and re-educating your scapulae. A lot of times, since we don't see our back muscles we may not know how to use them effectively.
The purpose for these warm up activation exercises:
1. Avoid injury
2. Mobilise your shoulder
3. Activate the right muscles to get the most out of your workout.

As promised here is one of my Leg and Abs Workouts. Do tell me if you did try the workout. Here's the breakdown of it. Complete each circuit workout for 4 sets
A1 - Romanian Deadlift 8-10 Reps 4010

Not feeling so great cause I caught a bug, it's flu season so wherever you are at please take care and pack on the water, Vit C & D, the veggies, fruits, protein and exercise smart!
Other fun stuff - I got my posing shoes! Can't wait to try them on and practice the struts, cause that is crucial other than working on the physique.
Found out this week what would happen to my body when i went up to 100g of Carbs in comparison to 60g daily. Definitely felt happier but I also stored more water. Learnt that for every 1g of carb you eat you store 3g of water, yay....... water retention. But it's ok don't fret on the weighing scale. Learnt that my body seems to be handling carbs better judging from the weight loss.
