Tried R.I.O.T., a, 25-min HIIT workout at newly opened fitness centre Revolution at VivoCity. The owners of Revolution Lynn and Sumei gamely joined me so I wouldn't be alone. The set up of the studio reminds me of @RitualSG, with the marked out boxes on the floor, the hanging gym rings and TRX straps, and the equipment lined up in the middle. But instead of three chalkboards with the different levels for the workout, there are TVs are mounted on the white brick wall to show videos of the different levels. The workout is not quite the same though, more TacFit style, designed by Julian Tan, former Special Ops and Navy SEAL. They have other classes too, like yoga, Zumba, MMA, kickboxing, TRX, pilates and Yoga Blaze (20-min HIIT yoga in Tabata style).
