I've been receiving quite a number of comments lately stating that I'm chubbier now. 🙈 Some even mentioned that they wouldn't want to follow my workouts anymore because I've gained weight. 😆 So I thought I'd share my own transformation pictures through the years.
🔹 2013 - this picture was taken when I first started my YouTube channel. That was back in the UK.
🔹 2015 - this picture was taken when I came back to Malaysia. I was at my skinniest and I didn't even realize it. Loss my boobs and butt too.
🔹 2017 - this picture was taken yesterday right after my workout session.

To be honest, I was happy in all 3 pictures because I was learning about myself and my body in terms of exercising and also nourishing it, and I still am learning. Looking back at the pictures now, it's incredible to see how my body has changed and you know what? It'll keep changing!! 🤗

I'm comfortable with my body now. And yes, I have gained weight compared to couple of years ago - more muscles and also happy fat. I enjoy my food better nowadays and I'm not going crazy about counting calories. 😊

What about you? Are you happy with your body right now? It's an ongoing journey and no matter where you're at right now, it's important to first LOVE your body. Only then, can you treat it right and make changes. 💞
