Normally will went to see a doctor in clinic or hospital, so the GP might prescribe a stronger painkiller, a steroid injection or a muscle relaxant to use in the short term.
If your symptoms do not get better, your GP might recommend further tests, like an MRI scan.
They might also refer you to a physiotherapist. Or some they will direct recommend you to a specialist surgeon!
Well surgery is not usually needed, but your GP might refer to you a specialist to discuss surgery if your symptoms have not improved using other treatment or include worsening muscle weakness, or numbness.
Well, if the condition allow u not to do surgery then i will strongly recommend you try the alternative option before the surgery, there's some evidence that manual therapies like osteopathy and deep Myofasia release can help ease lower back pain & many more other methods !

1:-坐在地上,然后另外一只脚翘过另外一只
2-把一粒(网球🎾,高尔夫球,besties ball(我用的))
3-把球放在红点的地方,从旁边塞进气(千万别直接坐下去)
4-当到位时,把身体则向球的位置,感觉因该要酸带点小疼(不是刺痛)
5-感觉找对后就开始维持15-30秒
6-重复那个地方5-8组

Step 1:
Tag 3 FREIDNS who has lower back pain .
One of my favourite method to reduce your LOWER BACK PAIN, focus on your “Myofasia” Release .
Step:
1)Put the pressure tool(tennis ball/ golf ball/besties ball) at the point as marked
2)make a small side move after position the tool at the right Myofasia area
3) Hold it for 15-30sec till you feel the pressure(not sharp pain)
4)repeat it for 5-8 set at one point -Self Myofasia Release-
