One of my main goals in helping National Cancer Society Malaysia establish the Youth Support group is to get young cancer survivors and patients to share so they won't feel so alone. Every month, we have activities, and the next one is November 26th from 2.30-4.30pm at Curves Bukit Damansara !! We will be working out, so do join us if you are available :)

What a great way to start my weekend. I took the ladies from Curves Malaysia for food shopping! Together, we learnt how to read nutritional labels, ingredients list and also the importance of having a grocery list.

It's so touching to hear their life and body transformation stories; from beating cancer to living life to the fullest, being an XL to S, overcoming depression to regaining her life, completing over 500 workouts and there are just so many more heart warming stories.
All these were possible because of the strong community support they had from Curves Malaysia. Thanks for having me.
