STRETCHING IS IMPORTANT!
It is not enough to build muscle and achieve great cardiovascular strength; you need to think about flexibility too.

WHY STRETCHING IS IMPORTANT?
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a healthy range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Overtime... when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way: puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I STRETCH TO SEE RESULTS?
Stretching once today won't magically give you increased flexibility. You'll need to do it over time and remain committed to the process but trust me, you’ll see and feel the difference of better flexibility.

Inner thighs:
If knees are too high in butterfly pose, move feet away from you more.
Quads:
Try 1st two variations. Last one is a lil more advanced if you’re super tight.
Back:
For beginners, try 1st & 3rd option. In 3rd one, keep shoulders down.
Set a timer and hold for a minute.

The above is a guide for you but if you’re not anywhere close to “looking like me” don’t worry! Just try your best! More importantly you feel it, and set a goal for yourselves to work on your flexibility!
