這是我第一次公開的瑜伽教學,非常感動(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)!
自己練習瑜伽有5-6年,去年在峇里島考了導師證書後,有教過舊朋友,也有教過在不同旅途中認識的新朋友,最高興能為他們處理不同的身心問題💛很感恩回港後有 @fittpub 大膽邀請和全力支持,促成這次慈善瑜伽班奇蹟發生!也很榮幸收益可以全數捐給思覺基金,讓大家更關注大眾精神健康!(他們跟HKU的團隊研究發現,瑜伽有助思覺失調者康復!🎉)
我的美國形體老師教授我的是Iyengar yoga,一種為了讓你維持正確的姿勢以免受傷,而無所不用其極,會利用很多道具(如blocks、straps、bolster、blankets、chair等)的瑜伽。例如,如果盤膝坐會令你駝背,我們會讓你坐在blocks and/or blankets上,多高也無問題,最緊要你不駝背;又如果前彎(forward bend)也會令你駝背,我們會放blocks在你手下讓你碰,又或讓你把手放在腿上,無需為了手碰地而犧牲你的下腰。
我自己在教學裏最在乎的,是一些我在訓練時學到的基本功。這些基本功異常重要,它給予你穩固的知識,讓你做基本動作到高難度動作的時候,也不會受傷,因為你知道怎樣從頭到腳保護自己,尤其是頸部和下腰這些容易受傷的部位。

Tadasana/Mountain pose
~ adding fun: close your eyes ? and try not to wobble
Downward facing dog
~ adding fun: walking the dog ?(alternate heels up)
Plank
~ adding fun: forearm plank and rock front and back
Triangle
~ adding fun: close your eyes ? and try not to wobble
Tree
~ adding fun: close your eyes ? and try not to wobble
Warrior 1
~ adding fun: adding a mini back bend with cactus ? arms
Warrior 2
~ adding fun: core work - shift the upper body front and back, no change in the lower body
Seated forward fold
Bridge
~ adding fun: push hips higher, come up and down
Child’s pose
~adding fun: move side to side and place forehead down and massage the forehead by rolling the head side to side
In no particular order, these postures are great for a restorative, awareness, engaged muscles poses.
