So excited to announce that I will be hosting a series of four classes at @aumniehk in September!
I. 3 Sept (Sunday) 5-6pm - Balancing:
Being grounded and stay present - easier said than done in this busy city. In this session, we will explore the important principe of yoga - rooting down, also find our centre of gravity.
II. 10 Sept (Sunday) 5-6pm - Hip opening:
Did you know that our body store the emotional baggage in the hip? And it is also the largest joint in your body. In this session, we will focus on hip opening postures to release the physical and mental tension.
III. 17 Sept (Sunday) 5-6pm - Backbending:
With the smart technology these days, we can stay updated with news, friends' status and other information with the cost of rounding shoulders and upper back. In this session, we will be focusing on back bending with minimal discomfort to open your chest, shoulders, back and heart.
IV. 24 Sept (Sunday) 5-6pm - Arm balance:
Everyone is crazy about arm balance these day. If you search on Instagram, you will see a lot of "cool" poses. In this session, we will learn the way to protect and strengthen your wrists and let our palms to take the weight! --------------------------------------------
