常見胃痛急救茶療
突如其來的胃痛,大家都習慣吃胃藥解決?胃痛成因眾多,從中醫角度來看,引致急性胃痛的常見原因有三個:一、飲食積滯,突然飲食過量,或者進食了油膩或過度辛辣食物,胃部一時間消化不了就會導致積滯胃痛,需要消食導滯;二、肝鬱氣滯,工作忙碌,壓力倍增,令肝氣失於疏泄,加重脾胃負擔以致胃痛,需要疏肝理氣;三、寒氣犯胃,平日嗜吃生冷食物或者患上風寒感冒,寒氣犯胃導致胃痛,就需要溫胃散寒。按身體反應了解胃痛成因,飲用合適茶療有助紓緩症狀。如果症狀持續或嚴重,宜諮詢註冊中醫師治理。
.飲食積滯胃痛.
症狀:胃痛、腹部飽脹、易打嗝、胃氣多且帶酸臭味、嘔心、嘔吐後疼痛稍緩、大便不爽或有黏黏便。
紓緩茶療:穀芽麥芽陳皮茶
功效:行氣消滯,紓緩因飲食不節引起的消化不良、胃脹不適等症狀。
材料:穀芽10克、麥芽10克、陳皮3克
做法:材料洗淨放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水焗15-20分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,建議一星期飲用2-3天,連續兩星期為一個療程。
注意:麥芽有回乳作用,哺乳中婦女不宜飲用。
.肝鬱氣滯胃痛.
症狀:胃脹胃痛、胸脇脹滿、唉聲嘆氣、無胃口、噯氣、胃酸倒流、大便不順暢。
紓緩茶療:疏肝花茶
功效:行氣解鬱,紓緩肝氣鬱結引致胃痛、頭痛、大便不暢等症狀。
材料:玫瑰花、月季花、桂花、佛手各少許
做法:材料洗淨放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水焗5分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,建議一星期飲用3-4天。
注意:玫瑰花活血,孕婦及月經期間不宜飲用。

.寒氣犯胃胃痛.
症狀:胃脘絞痛、痛勢較為劇烈、疼痛時怕冷、喝暖飲可紓緩疼痛、喝冷飲疼痛加劇。
紓緩茶療:暖胃薑茶
功效:驅寒暖胃,紓緩寒氣犯胃引致的胃痛、怕冷等症狀。
材料:乾薑6克、桂圓6克、肉桂2克、陳皮1角、黑糖適量
做法:除黑糖外材料洗淨放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水焗15-20分鐘,加入黑糖調味即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,建議一星期飲用2-3天。
注意:感冒未清者不宜飲用。

Tea remedies to relieve common stomach pain
When you experience sudden stomach pain, you may take medicine to resolve it. There are many causes of stomach pain. From Chinese medicine perspective, there are three common causes of acute stomach pain: 1. Indigestion- from sudden overeating or eating oily or too much spicy foods. Your stomach cannot digest the food which can cause stomach pain. 2. Liver and qi stagnation- this is related to busy work and stress. Disruption of qi flow increases burden of spleen and stomach and can cause stomach pain. 3. Stomach invaded by cold air- frequent consumption of cold/raw food or catching a cold-wind flu. When cold air invades the stomach, that can cause stomach pain that require you to warm the stomach and dispel cold. You can choose herbal tea according to your symptoms. If symptoms persist or are severe, you should consult a Chinese medicine practitioner
. Indigestion.
Symptoms: stomach pain and bloating, prone to burping, excessive abdominal gas with odor, nausea, pain reduced after vomiting, difficulty passing stool and sticky poo
Tea remedy: Millet sprout tea with malt and dried citrus peel
Effects: promotes qi and aids digestion, relieves symptoms such as indigestion, bloating and discomfort due to poor eating habits
Ingredients: 10g malt, 10g millet sprout, 3g dried citrus peel
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos. Rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 15-20 minutes. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days for two weeks.
Note: This tea is not suitable for ladies who are breastfeeding as malt can decrease breastmilk supply.
.Liver and qi stagnation .
Symptoms: stomach pain and bloating, chest fullness, belching, frequent sighing or acid reflux
Tea remedy: floral tea to destress
Effects: promotes qi and relieves stress, relieves symptoms such as stomach pain, headache and difficulty passing stool due to liver and qi stagnation
Ingredients: a little amount of rose, China rose, sweet osmanthus, fingered citron
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos. Rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 5 minutes. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 3-4 days for a week.
Note: As rose can improve blood circulation, it is not suitable for pregnant or menstruating women.

.Stomach invaded by cold air.
Symptoms: severe stomach pain, aversion to cold which can be accompanied by stomach pain, pain is relieved after having hot drinks, pain increases after having cold drinks
Tea remedy: ginger tea to warm the stomach
Effects: dispels cold and warms the stomach, relieves stomach pain and aversion to cold due to cold air invasion
Ingredients: 6g dried ginger, 6g longan, 2g cinnamon, 1 dried citrus peel, appropriate amount of brown sugar
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients except brown sugar thoroughly and place into thermos. Rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 15-20 minutes. Add brown sugar to taste. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days for a week.
Note: Not suitable for those recovering from a cold/flu.

嬰兒式
1. 屈膝而坐,臀部坐在腳跟中間,膝部拼攏,大拇趾互碰,雙手放在膝蓋上,背脊伸直,全身放鬆。
2. 吸氣,雙手高舉過頭,然後呼氣,上半身向前彎,額頭貼地,上半身與大腿貼緊,手臂打開與肩同寬,感受腹部的吸吐起伏,維持約30秒,反向進行前面的動作回到最初位置,之後伸直雙腳輕輕搖動以放鬆。
注意:嚴重背痛、膝蓋受傷、容易暈眩、胃酸倒流者不宜進行此動作。
按壓天樞穴
位置:腹中部,肚臍旁邊2寸(約3指寬度),腹直肌中。以大拇指或掌根按揉50次。
功效:天樞為大腸經的郄穴,揉按此穴可促進大腸經的氣血運行,改善腹脹便秘。

Exercise to relieve constipation
Constipation can be caused by many things such as irregular diet time, poor eating habits, stress, sitting too much, and lack of exercise. If you are determined to solve the problem of constipation, in addition to starting from improving your diet, you can also do exercises and press acupoints to stimulate the intestines. When you wake up, take a few minutes to do an easy yoga exercise - child’s pose, which helps to stimulate abdominal muscles and intestines, aid digestion and absorption. Child’s pose
1. Sit with your knees bent and calves below your thigh, your hips sitting between your heels. Keep your knees together, put your big toes together, put your hands on your knees, straighten your back, and relax your body.
2. Inhale. Raise your hands over your head, and then exhale. Bend the upper body forward. The forehead should be the ground, the upper body close to the thigh, arm is opened as wide as the shoulder, and feel the inhale and exhale of the abdomen for about 30 seconds. Reverse the original position by performing the previous movements, then straighten your feet and move them side to side to relax.
Note: Those with severe back pain, knee injury, dizziness, and acid reflux should not do this exercise.
Tianshu Point (Celestial Pivot)
Location: Center of the abdomen, two inches (3 finger-breadths) from the belly button. Use both thumbs or bottom of your palms and press for 50 times.
Effects: Regulates the intestines to improve qi and blood circulation. Relieves abdominal bloating and constipation.

😣😣😣老是乾咳、喉嚨卡痰?擺脫慢性咽喉炎,帶你認識常見病因與治療方式
由於防疫常戴口罩的緣故,最近幾個月因感冒來到診所的民眾大幅降低,取而代之的是另一種症狀:每天有超過七成的病人說自己喉嚨緊繃、卡卡的,還有患者表示跑了好幾間院所依舊沒有改善,為此困擾不已。
先前我們談過慢性咽喉炎的病因之一,可能是胃酸逆流到咽喉造成,但也有一大部分族群的問題不在胃,而是其他疾病引起,這時就得發揮耳鼻喉科醫師如同柯南辦案一般、抽絲剝繭找答案的能力了。
✅鼻涕倒流
這一類病人在經過檢查後,可以看到咽喉部明顯卡著濃稠鼻涕的現象。人體分泌鼻水一天可達1000~2000cc,而且大多都會往喉嚨倒流,可是因呈現水狀所以往往能夠很順暢地流往喉嚨並和口水一起吞下,一般人並不會有任何不舒服的感覺。但如果有鼻子過敏、感冒、鼻竇炎等情形時,清稀的鼻水就會變得黏稠,甚至產生帶著綠色或黃色的膿鼻涕,倒流時便容易卡黏在喉嚨部位,出現生痰等不適感。此外,現代人忙碌緊張、生活壓力大,若菸酒不離口或經常一天好幾杯咖啡又不注意補充水分時,水分流失太多也會引發黏膜乾燥,而使唾液等分泌物變得黏稠。
【治療與改善】針對過敏體質或過敏性鼻炎的人,臨床上會開立少許抗組織胺、黏液稀釋劑及類固醇鼻噴劑幫助緩解,要注意務必是在醫師指示下使用,以免使用不當反而造成黏膜乾燥的副作用出現。若已經有鼻竇炎的產生,則必須查明是細菌性或病毒性感染,分別施以不同的藥物治療。在日常保健上,定期利用溫鹽水沖洗鼻腔,將鼻內過濾出的髒污空氣微粒和黏稠鼻涕清出來,也能有效改善症狀。
✅扁桃腺結石
扁桃腺是長在我們嘴巴後面的兩塊肉,所謂「扁桃腺結石」並不是真的像小石頭那樣,而是食物殘渣和口腔內細菌構成的混合物,是跟牙結石一樣白白臭臭的小顆粒。當這些卡住的扁桃腺結石有發炎時,便會產生喉嚨卡卡刺刺的感覺。
【治療與改善】簡單來說,只要清除扁桃腺結石即可。然而,有些結石會藏在平常看不到的小隙縫或肉縫內,一開始經常不易察覺,必須經耳鼻喉科醫師仔細按壓檢視再加以移除。如果有反覆扁桃腺結石甚而導致扁桃腺化膿感染時,直接摘除扁桃腺也會是一個考慮選項。避免復發最好的方法,不外乎多補充水分、飲食清淡、勤漱口、飯後刷牙、注意口腔衛生等良好習慣的維持。
✅打鼾與阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症
患者因為有構造上的異常,例如常見的鼻中膈彎曲、扁桃腺肥大、舌根肥大、下巴後縮等,或是肌肉張力因熟睡而鬆弛,使得上呼吸道被阻塞住,就會罹患「阻塞性睡眠中止症」,以致睡覺時便可能把胃酸等消化液從胃部經食道吸到喉嚨處,產生睡夢中的胃食道及咽喉逆流,而導致慢性咽喉炎現象。至於僅有單純打鼾現象但並未到達睡眠中止情形的族群,也會因為睡覺時經常以口呼吸,讓保護喉嚨的黏膜長期乾燥受損而感到不適。
【治療與改善】有一部分慢性咽喉炎病人會在早上起床時,感覺喉嚨特別不舒服,這時有可能是因為打鼾或睡眠中止症引起。在安排多功能睡眠檢查後若是確診,可透過手術治療來解決。
✅腫瘤
可能是喉部腫瘤、下咽腫瘤及甲狀腺腫瘤等疾病引起,尤其以甲狀腺腫瘤最為常見。甲狀腺位在脖子的前下側,若長出腫瘤便會壓迫到位於後方的氣管與食道等部位,造成喉嚨有異物感或疼痛。
【治療與改善】當身體出現不正常的腫大現象,未必就是惡性癌症,依據不同腫瘤與良性、惡性之分,專科醫師都會擬定相應的診治方式,建議病患可充分溝通並配合檢查與治療喔!
✅喉嚨敏感, 自律神經失調
個性容易緊張焦慮、比較敏感的人,通常也會逐漸轉化成身體上的不舒服,其中喉嚨緊緊卡卡就是一個頗為典型的症狀。這一類因交感神經過度興奮的「自律神經失調」的病人,通常還會伴隨其他不適,症狀可能從頭到腳都有,但做了種種檢查後卻發現沒什麼異常。
【治療與改善】在做完所有理學檢查確定沒有特殊問題之後,有時會需要身心科醫師的介入,視狀況服用有助安定身心的藥物。生活上可藉由多補充營養、均衡飲食、多運動,並找到適合自己的方法來排解壓力和情緒,才能從根本改善。
其他諸如接受過放射或化學治療、患有乾燥症、喉嚨長帶狀皰疹,或者因年紀而有黏膜退化導致口水鼻水減少的老年人,都可能有喉嚨卡卡、乾癢或刺痛等症狀。
🤔🤔🤔是喉嚨痛還是脖子痛?清楚自述部位有助診斷
正因為慢性咽喉炎的病因多元,若未能小心辨識就會出現病人彎彎繞繞一大圈,卻還不明所以的狀況。所以當病人說自己喉嚨有異物感或感覺疼痛時,我都會再追問是哪裡不舒服,對方往往一頭霧水:「就......喉嚨痛啊!」
其實喉嚨有分上、中、下段,根據位置不同,致病原因也不一樣。比方說:
1.喉嚨上段不適,通常和扁桃腺及其周圍的淋巴組織有
關,像是扁桃腺有結石或慢性發炎現象,或是扁桃腺後
方莖突骨過長致使吞嚥出現略為刺痛的「老鷹症候
群」。
2.中段感覺不適,可能是黏膜比較乾燥,例如罹患乾燥症
的人;或是胃酸逆流至咽喉造成。
3.喉嚨下方較不舒服,有可能也是胃食道逆流所致。而頸
部有腫瘤或心理壓力過大,或者是老師、業務、歌手等
需要頻繁嗓子的族群也會在咽喉中下段出現緊繃感。
另外,還有一些人是肇因於甲狀腺發炎而出現頸部疼痛,卻以為自己是喉嚨痛,因為沒講清楚也未前往具專業設備的耳鼻喉科診所就醫,以致被誤判為喉嚨發炎,吃了兩個禮拜的藥也不見好轉。為幫助醫師做出正確判斷,提醒患者可以更明確指出不適部位,並清楚說明什麼情況下會感到不舒服,像是「吞嚥食物時會痛」、「早上起床後特別明顯」、「總是覺得有一口痰卡在喉嚨清不出來」等等。當然,透過醫師用手觸診或借助鼻內視鏡、頭頸部超音波等檢查,都能幫助釐清病情。
