慎防冬季風寒腹瀉
冬日寒風呼呼的吹著,一不小心就容易染上風寒感冒,伴隨症狀是怕冷、頭痛、喉嚨痕癢、咳嗽痰色白、鼻塞流清鼻涕,如果寒邪侵襲脾胃,以致脾運化功能失常,甚至會出現嘔吐及腹瀉的情況,風寒型腹瀉的大便較為清稀,臭味不重,伴有腹脹及腹痛,治療方法為溫中散寒,宜適量進食驅寒暖胃的食物,例如飲用薑茶、炒米水等;忌吃屬性寒涼生冷、滋補油膩的食物,例如香蕉、梨、蜂蜜、西瓜、苦瓜、青瓜、大部分海鮮等,以免加重風寒症狀。
除了飲食調護,平日可以按壓合谷、天樞、足三里穴,增加身體胃腸機能作用,改善風寒腹瀉症狀。
腸胃容易受到風寒的人,冬季要注意保暖,尤其腰腹位置,因為腰腹受寒容易也引致腹痛、腹瀉。
增強脾胃功能保健穴位:
合谷穴
功效:緩解腸胃不適,紓緩噁心欲吐、頭痛等症狀。
位置:大拇指與食指間虎口處,第一掌骨與第二掌骨間連線的中點。
按法:拇指指腹以陰力按揉約2-3分鐘。
注意:孕婦不宜按壓此穴位,因為有催生作用。
天樞穴
功效:疏調大腸,扶土化濕,理氣消滯。
位置:腹中部,肚臍旁邊2寸(約3指寬度),腹直肌中。
按摩方法:睡前或晨起先躺著,以左右拇指指腹打圈按壓穴位,1-2分鐘。按壓此穴位有助健脾化濕,舒緩腹脹、腸鳴、嘔吐、水腫及便秘等症狀。
足三里穴
功效:保健脾胃,紓緩胃痛、腹瀉、便秘等問題。
位置:位於外膝眼(膝蓋側的凹位)對下4隻手指下的位置。
按法:拇指指腹以陰力按揉約2-3分鐘。
Preventing winter related diarrhea
Winter flu season is coming. You may experience cold wind flu symptoms such as aversion to cold, headache, itchy throat, coughing, white phlegm, stuffed nose, and clear mucus. Cold pathogens invade the spleen and stomach that will lead to difficulty circulating fluids, and may even cause vomiting and diarrhea. The stool of cold wind diarrhea is relatively thin, the smell is not strong, and it is accompanied by abdominal bloating and abdominal pain. You can alleviate these symptoms by warming the body and dispeling cold. You should appropriately consume ingredients that can dispel cold and warm the stomach, such as ginger tea, fried rice water. Avoid eating cold natured cold/raw food, tonic and oily foods, such as banana, pear, honey, watermelon, bitter gourd, cucumber, most seafood to not aggravate the cold wind symptoms.
In addition to dietary adjustments, you can press on the union valley (he gu), tian shu point (celestial pivot) and zu san li point to enhance digestive system functions and improve the symptoms of cold wind diarrhea.
People whose stomach is easily invaded by cold wind should pay attention to keep warm during winter, especially the stomach and lower back muscles, because these parts can lead to abdominal pain and diarrhea when cold.
Acupoints to strengthen the spleen and stomach:
Union Valley (He Gu) Point
Effects: alleviates stomach discomfort symptoms, nausea, vomiting, headache.
Location: between the thumb and index finger, right next to the second metacarpal bone
Usage: gently press on it and also rotate around in small circles with you thumb. Massage for 2-3 minutes each time.
Note: pregnant women should not press these acupoints as it has labour inducing qualities.
Tian Shu Point (Celestial Pivot)
Effects: regulates the intestines, supports the spleen function to remove dampness, and regulates qi to aid digestion.
Location: center of the abdomen, two inches (3 finger-breadths) from the belly button.
Usage: before bed or when you have just awoken but still lying down, use both thumbs to massage acupoint in circles for 1-2 minutes. Massaging this acupoint helps to strengthen the spleen to remove dampness, relieves symptoms of stomach bloating and gurgling, vomiting, edema and constipation.
Zu San Li Point
Effects: strengthens spleen and stomach, relieves symptoms of stomach pain, diarrhea and constipation.
Location: on the anterior aspect of the lower leg, four-finger breadth below knee cap.
Usage: gently press on it and also rotate around in small circles with you thumb. Massage for 2-3 minutes each time.

按穴緩解暈浪症
去旅行是開心事,但對於容易暈浪的人,旅程未開始已憂心忡忡。因為正所謂「去旅行,搭車又搭船」,無論搭飛機、搭車還是搭船都有暈浪風險。從中醫角度來說,容易暈浪與體質和身體狀態有關,中醫有說法是「無虛不作眩」、「無痰不作眩」,氣血虛弱、痰濁中阻即脾胃虛弱人士容易在晃動的環境中暈眩、作悶和嘔氣,而睡眠不足、疲倦狀態都容易引致暈浪。
從中醫角度來看,感到暈浪時,可以食用酸味食物紓緩不適症狀,因為酸味有收歛作用,容易暈浪人士不妨隨身帶備陳皮、話梅或酸味糖果等有備無患。另外,也可以按手上的兩個穴位——內關穴及合谷穴,有助紓緩暈眩及嘔吐症狀。暈眩時向外遠望窗外風景,或者短暫閉上雙眼,可以的話打開窗呼吸新鮮空氣、望窗外遠景或者扭開座位的通風設備,避免看書或手提電話,盡量保持身體靜止和避免快速的頭部動作。
內關穴
功效:寬胸止嘔,除了止暈車浪的暈眩,對妊娠孕吐亦有幫助。
位置:前臂掌側,手腕橫紋上2寸(約3隻手指位)
按法:以拇指指腹以陰力按揉約1分鐘
合谷穴
功效:紓解頭暈、頭痛、胃脹、耳鳴等症狀
位置:大拇指與食指虎口處,第一掌骨與第二掌骨間,約第二掌骨的中點。
按法:以拇指指腹以陰力按揉約1分鐘
注意:孕婦不宜按壓此穴位,因為有催生作用。
Acupoints to relieve motion sickness
Travelling makes us happy, but for those who are prone to have motion sickness, there is anxiety before the trip. There is a risk of motion sickness whether you are taking a flight, going on land or water route. From a Chinese medicine perspective, having motion sickness is related to body condition and physical state. Those with qi and blood deficiency or asthenic stomach and spleen are prone to dizziness, nausea and vomiting in a shaky environment. Lacking of sleep and fatigue can easily lead to motion dizziness.
From a Chinese medicine perspective, when you feel dizzy, you can eat sour food to relieve the symptoms of discomfort as the sour taste has the effect of astringency. Those who are prone to have motion dizziness should bring dried citrus peel, dried sweet plum or sour candy to be prepared. You can also press these two acupoints on the hand – Inner Pass (Nei Guan) Point and Union Valley (He Gu) Point to alleviate dizziness and vomiting. When you are dizzy, look out the window at the distance, or close your eyes for a short time. You can open the window to breathe in the fresh air, look out the window or turn off the seat ventilation equipment, avoid reading books or looking at mobile phones, try to keep your body still and avoid any quick head movement.
Inner Pass (Nei Guan) Point
Effects: alleviates nausea due to motion sickness as well as nausea and vomiting caused by pregnancy.
Location: located three finger breadths below the wrist on the inner forearm in between the two tendons
Union Valley (He Gu) Point
Effects: alleviates dizziness, headache, bloating and tinnitus
Location: between the thumb and index finger, right next to the second metacarpal bone

異常白帶濕黏黏!中醫師教你用食療來緩解
白帶是女性都有的陰道分泌物,從女性生殖器官的各部位,所分泌出來的黏液及滲出物混合而成,正常生理情況下的分泌物,可以使陰道保持溼潤,由陰道乳酸桿菌幫助維持陰道環境的健康。
#沒有白帶反而是不正常的,但白帶過多也不算正常!
正常的白帶應該是無色、無異味的分泌物,異常的白帶通常帶有顏色、有味道、甚至有血,同時可能伴隨其他不舒服的症狀,此時就要提高警覺。
乳白色或豆腐渣狀的白帶,一般認為是 #念珠菌感染 的表現,通常會合併外陰瘙癢或灼痛感;
如果是 #黃膿樣有泡沫的陰道分泌物,同時有外陰瘙癢的症狀,一般發生在老年性陰道炎、慢性子宮頸炎、子宮內膜炎的情況,通常是由化膿性細菌感染所引起;
如果是 #帶血的白帶,要先確認不是惡性腫瘤所引起,如果停經後還有帶血的白帶,要注意是不是重度子宮頸糜爛、子宮頸息肉、或子宮頸癌等。
在排卵期及月經前後正常的白帶,是不需要治療的,胡亂用藥,亂殺細菌,反而會造成陰道正常菌叢的破壞,引起念珠菌乘虛而入
習慣性沖洗陰道的行為,除了破壞原本的陰道生態,造成惡菌驅逐良菌,也容易造成把外來的病原,沖入骨盆腔內,反而造成骨盆腔發炎。
俗話說:「#十女九帶」,帶下是婦女常見的困擾。正常的女性由青春期開始,因為腎氣充足、脾氣健運、任脈通調,所以月經會準時來,同時帶脈堅固,陰道內會有正常的少量透明無味的黏性液體,尤其在排卵期間,具有「潤澤陰戶、防禦外邪」的作用。
「#帶脈」是位於人體腰腹之間、唯一一條橫向運行的脈絡。「帶」字有腰帶的意思,因為橫行於腰腹之間,統束全身直行的經脈,狀如束帶,所以稱為「帶脈」。
傅青主在《傅青主女科》帶下篇明確指出:「#帶下俱是濕症」,濕邪是帶下病的關鍵。臨床帶下依五種顏色區分,常見為白帶及黃帶。

有帶下困擾的女性,應避免吃過多冷飲冰品,脾陽如果受損,體內多餘的水濕無法排除,形成痰飲,不僅造成身體的肥胖,如果下滲到帶脈,帶脈固攝不佳,就會造成白帶增加。
白帶調理食療 #完帶湯
材料:車前子10公克、白朮3公克、蒼朮3公克、糙米20公克
做法:將上述中藥材裝入藥包裡綁緊,以1000cc水煮滾約10鐘後,取藥汁再與糙米煮成粥即可。
功效:車前子可明目利水、清熱袪痰;白朮及蒼朮可以益氣健脾、燥濕固下,提升婦科免疫力,改善白帶過多的體質。
三大保健穴位
三大保健穴位可以改善白帶並增強婦科免疫力。
每次可按壓5秒、每回20次,每天數回,平時按壓可減緩過多分泌物,若陰部搔癢不舒服則可以加強按摩力度以緩解症狀。
婦科五穴
位於大拇指第一節外側,距中央二分半處,從掌指橫紋起,每上二分一穴、至第二節橫紋上,合計五穴。主治:子宮腫瘤、子宮發炎、卵巢炎、不孕症、月經不調、經痛、月經過多或過少、陰痛腫痛、赤白帶下,是臨床痛經及白帶過多的常用穴。
關元穴
位於肚臍下三寸,約四橫指距離。關元穴是小腸的募穴,小腸之氣結聚此穴,並經此穴輸轉至皮部。關元穴為先天之氣海,是養生吐納、屏氣凝神的地方,古人稱為人體元陰元陽交關之處。關元穴經常保持溫暖,或以吹風機溫熱之,可以補腎需、治經痛、調帶下。
陰廉穴
位於大腿內側,當恥骨聯合上緣旁開2寸,再直下2寸,長收肌外緣處。取穴時先立正站好,兩手插於腿外側,掌心貼腿,四指併攏平貼小腹,小指剛好在腿根部的位置,此時無名指指尖所在處就是陰廉穴。陰廉穴主治白帶異常、不孕症、膀胱反覆發炎及月經不調的相關疾病。
