Bạn có thể yên tâm nhé, carb trong pasta, cả loại whole grain và loại thường đều được xếp vào dạng tiêu hóa chậm, đặc biệt khi bạn nấu đến độ vừa chín tới (al dente). Vậy nên cứ yên tâm mà tận hưởng thôi nhé.
