The Art of Plating是一個強調視覺美感的美食網站，用形式、質地、顏色呈現飲食故事。其實網站內容不只有擺盤（plating），還有名廚的創作理念、食譜設計、與近期動態，比起我常看的Eater或NYT，確實更加強調高級餐飲（haute cuisine）的藝術層面，相當賞心悅目，推薦給大家！
