今天也有練髖🏃
核心穩定主動鍛煉搭配拉伸，連練兩天整套的就很有感😯
練習就是這樣，找到對的方法練就很簡單，難在耐心跟時間而已。
所以追求體位法不是重點，過程才是修煉，感謝我的身體讓我有一個好的工具去探索🙏

It took me 5 years to get that far...... Beside #birdofparadise, this is the second pose I hate the most, full of frustration, so painful 😖😖😖 I want to cry every time when this is the next pose to practice, but...... day by day, I finally can feel my shines are touching the mat, then inner knees and now half of the inner thighs lol I will wipe my tears and keep practicing until the day I can sleep in this pose 🙈 @ The Practice Studio
