參加咗日本夏祭，試咗好多不同日本酒，其中仲有好似飲沙冰嘅低溫熟成清酒「銀河鐵道」 純米大吟釀生古酒(熟成10年）及千代之龜低溫熟成秘蔵清酒，另外還有作、七賢、鷹勇、幼之瀧及不動等清酒。之前飲過銀河鐡道的沙冰口感好深刻，今次遲到d冰溶咗，飲到更多回甘及濃郁米香及果香，都係鍾意雪冰嚟飲嘅版本。cheers! 🍶
Attended Japanese Sake summer festival & tried many styles of Japanese sakes & fruit wines, including the frozen Sake GINGA TETSUDO Junmai Daiginjo （Aged for 10 years). I also tried many other premium sakes. I’ve tried Ginga Tetsudo Sake before, but this time I was a bit late & the ice has melted, I could only drink the chilled version with intense rice & fruity notes with a hint of bitterness. I prefer the slurpee version (ice) more! Cheers! 🍶
