因為成日一條友亂飲威士忌，朋友忍唔住帶我見吓世面，去咗 @rosewoodhongkong 扒房 #Henry 參加品酒會，仲安排我坐 @ccwinevoyage 隔離學嘢。

主角係 Irish whiskey 牌子 @kinahanswhiskey 嘅 Hybrid Cask，用五種世界各地嘅木砌成木桶熟成，入口偏甜，味道未如想像中複雜，竟然是酒精強度高的清新系口感。同系 Black Oak 同樣是偏甜的口味，但中後段複雜得多，在座朋友都偏好這一枝。Irish Coffee 是否一定用返 Irish whiskey 最好？用 Kinahans 調製的 Irish coffee 簡直是直入心扉的好！

題外話，Irish 和美國的 Whiskey 通常有 “e”，而蘇格蘭和日本等地方則通用 Whisky，文化上少許不同而已。

到 Henry 當然要食扒， Bone-In Ribeye 好食唔在講，拼盤裡嘅燒牛腩外焦內軟。點知原來甜品先係絕殺，Corn Bread Soufflé 加上白松露，有咬口的 Soufflé 帶少許咸味帶出層次，被我評為 「dessert of 2020」!

I usually will stop by Duty Zero at HK airport whenever I travel & see if they have any special edition wine & spirits.
