我们在当地顺便旅游 去商场打保龄球和用餐
在附近参观 女儿对博物馆已经无法接受了
所以天天保龄球和舞蹈班
参加酿酒场是其中一项活动
我们付了13欧元加入一个团
导游讲解和带我们厂里看看 和品尝两杯酒
我们对Port wine认识加深
Port wine大部分是甜酒 非常好喝 适合餐前或餐后
我在葡萄牙天天喝
开瓶后能放在冰箱3-6星期

3 of us spend euro 13 to visit a port wine brewery on a fine day
We book in advance
A girl bring us around in a group and describe the process of making wine.
She said The Older wine the lighter taste
Fermented fast will be sweeter
Later will be dryer
Port wine is drink before or after meal
It has Strawberry, chocolate fragrances
Odd with the barrier
The oldest in the brewery is 1815 wine
If wine is In barrier for 2 years, it can keep for centuries
One bottle Can sell 5000 euro
It Use many types grapes
Younger wine 3-4 years in barrier
Older wine 6-7 years
If Mix young and old wine, it will printed on bottle label
It can Age 20 years
There are 3 categories
Open only
Number of barrier
Portugal aging
Last time taste wine for good condition
2 times a year will have wine tasting
1)young wine Age 4-6 years then bottle
After buy keep 12 years
Can consume 3 to 6 weeks
2)Vintage wine
Age 2 years then bottle, no fueter
Open after 15 years
After open only can drink in 2 days
