人人都關注生理健康問題,心理健康出問題卻不容易察覺,活在生活步伐急速的香港,壓力可以來自四面八方,包括家庭、學校、工作、朋友、經濟、社會等等,加上現今媒體資訊發達,電話不斷接收爆炸性資訊,也有可能對自己添加了壓力而不自覺!中醫理論認為情志不舒有損五臟,會引致肝氣鬱結、脾失健運、心失所養等等,會直接影響身體健康。如果你最近有以下症狀,是時候關心一下自己的心理健康,適時減壓,情況未能改善就要尋求專業協助。

紓減壓力方法:
- 少吃高油脂、高鹽份、高糖份、刺激性辛辣食物,否則容易令情緒繃緊
- 少喝咖啡及濃茶,以免影響睡眠質素
- 遠離煙酒
- 找人傾訴
- 寫寫畫畫,透過紙筆描繪自己的內心世界
- 暫時遠離媒體及資訊來源
- 選擇一種運動定期持續進行
- 適量飲用花茶,有助疏肝解鬱
洋甘菊茉莉花茶
功效:寧神鎮靜、疏肝解鬱,紓緩壓力情緒,有助安眠。
材料:洋甘菊、茉莉花各1茶匙、蜂蜜隨意
做法:所有材料洗淨,放入保溫瓶,用熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水泡5分鐘即可,可按個人喜好在茶放涼後加入適量蜂蜜調味。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,建議一星期飲用2-3天,連續兩星期為一個療程。
注意:孕婦不宜飲用。

Jasmine tea with chamomile
Effects: calms the mind, relieves stress and improves sleep
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon chamomile, 1 teaspoon jasmine, appropriate amounts of honey
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 5 minutes and add honey to taste. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days. Two weeks for a treatment.
Note: not suitable for pregnant ladies

A:I started cosplay when I was 17 years.

A:The grandmother from summer wars. I hope I can like her so inspiring when I am old.
Q:You enter a warehouse. There is little light, but you are able to find your way around. The sound of music draws you to a corner of the warehouse. There are FIVE GHOUL CLOWNS, playing a dancing video game. They have razor sharp teeth and scary weapons. Magic can not affect them; they sense your presence and turn facing you. They run to you to attack. Time to fight! What character would you want to be to defeat them and how would you handle the situation?
A:I will use my fists like Gon of the HUNTERXHUNTER do my best to overcome these fears.
Q:If you had to be chained with a character for one year, what would be the character and what would you do?
A:I want to be Luffy of the ONE PIECE. He always courages me a lot and cheers me up.
I wish I could be someone who is not afraid of anything in the future.

A:I would like to have a dinner with Akagi of the Kantai Collection and ask her “why can you eat a lot but never get fat?”

Forgot to post about South Korea, I was drawing episode 4 while I was there in Seoul. What a city! Seoul really went beyond my expectations 🤩it’s new, easy, tasty, fun, and cheap, I like how there are many 24 hours cafes, I can work there pass midnight and head back to my hotel then rest, that way I have more time in the day for sightseeing 😁 my Korean friend took me around the city and most importantly, she brings me to good food spots! For Korean pancakes and rice wine, I have to say I really like the rice wine there, it kind taste like yogurt flavor drink 😋

We made watermelon macarons. We tried adding green food dye powder to the macaron and watermelon-flavored shaved-ice syrup to the buttercream filling. And this time, we finally used the "food pen"!
You love macarons. But they're hard to make. You always fail. So here is a simple recipe for making something similar to a macaron. Perfect for those of us who fail at making real macarons but want to eat as many macarons as they want! This is a true Moso-style recipe to make all of your dreams come true. It's a bit different than the real thing, but please try making it!
*Recipe*
Baking the macarons
1. Draw macaron-sized circles on the oven paper. For this recipe, about 35mm.
2. Put 1 egg white and 70g of granulated sugar in a metal bowl immersed in a hot water bath.
3. Mix with a hand mixer until fluffy.
4. Remove the bowl from the hot water bath.
5. Shake 32g of almond powder and 3g of green food dye powder (if adjusting color to your liking, just make sure the amount of dye and almond powder adds up to 35g) into the bowl through a sieve.
6. Thoroughly mix everything together.
7. Put the ingredients from '6' into a piping bag with a 1cm round tip.
8. Squeeze the mix from '7' into the guide circles from '1'.
9. Lower the temperature of the oven that was preheating at 200 degrees to 130 degrees. Place '8' in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Do not open the oven while baking.
10. After the macarons have finished baking, leave them inside the oven for another 10 minutes.
11. Once cooled, gently peel the macarons off the oven sheet.
Making the buttercream filling (an easy-to-make amount)
12. Place 2 egg yolks in a bowl and whip with a hand mixer until whitish in color.
13. Place 65g of granulated sugar and 25g of water in a heat-resistant container.
14. Put it in the microwave for 40 seconds at 600W. Remove and mix.
15. Place it back in the microwave for 1 minute and 50 seconds.
16. Slowly add '12' a bit at a time to '15' while mixing.
17. Mix until cooled to about body temperature.
18. Add 150g (divided into 3 parts) of creamed unsalted butter to '17' and mix until glossy with each addition.
19. Take 100g from '18' (refrigerate the rest).
20. Add 30mL of watermelon-flavored shaved-ice syrup to '19' and mix.
21. Use a food pen to draw a pattern on half of the macarons from '11'.
22. Sandwich the cream from '20' between the macarons.
23. If you put the macarons in an airtight container and leave them in the fridge overnight, the macaron and cream meld together and taste delicious.
24. Eat the macarons while thinking to yourself, "These look just like a cute cartoon drawing of a watermelon!"

The Philadelphia 76ers played more like a playoff team than one mired in a miserable stretch of basketball.
Thaddeus Young had 26 points and 14 rebounds, Allen Iverson scored 20 points and the 76ers snapped a 12-game losing streak with a 117-101 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Monday night.
Iverson was a rookie the last time the Sixers lost 13 straight in the 1996-97 season. He played the best game of his four-game second stint in Philadelphia to help avoid another unlucky 13-game skid on his resume.
The Sixers had all five starters and two reserves score in double digits.
"We felt like once we did get a win, it was going to be extremely hard, one of the hardest games to win," Iverson said. "It was totally opposite."
Iverson hit the 20-point mark for the second straight game a day after his having his left knee drained of fluid. Young was sensational, using an 11-of-15 effort in the first half to give the Sixers a rare comfortable lead and easy win.
"It's been working for us, but we just couldn't get the win," Young said. "It really worked tonight."
Looking for a spark, 76ers coach Eddie Jordan benched power forward Elton Brand and paired rookie Jrue Holiday in the backcourt with Iverson. Jordan's move worked: Holiday had 15 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
"He just put us in a good rhythm tonight and had us flowing," Iverson said.
Brand, who was previously benched in some fourth quarters, said it was hard to complain about his role after a victory. He just can't believe he's considered a bench player early in the second year of an $80 million, five-year deal.
"When you look around at other teams, yeah," Brand said. "It's like, no disrespect, but [Golden State's] Mikki Moore gets the start and I don't. Not that he's not a good player, but, definitely."
Andre Iguodala left briefly with bruised ribs and scored 14 points on brutal 4-of-20 shooting. He's day-to-day and was not expected to practice Tuesday.
Corey Maggette led the Warriors with 24 points and Anthony Randolph had 15. Golden State lost its third straight in the finale of a five-game trip that started Dec. 7.
"You can't make excuses about a long trip," Maggette said.
Iverson's return generated a short burst of excitement, but not wins. His box office appeal is already lukewarm with only 12,795 fans listed to watch a slumping Sixers team.
Iverson joked at shootaround that after his ill-fated stint with Memphis, he sat home "trying to get fat." He wasn't in game shape and the Sixers came in with a bloated 18 losses.
He teamed with Young to make eight of 11 shots in the first quarter to help build a 12-point lead. Young really got rolling in the second quarter. He kept close to the basket and used a flurry of layups to score 14 points. He did hit a nice turnaround jumper that stretched the lead to 15.
Iverson capped the half by drawing a midair foul with 1 second left, hitting two free throws to make it 71-57.
Philadelphia won for only the third time in 19 games and its 12-game losing streak was the longest since 2006. Iverson was around for the start of that one three years ago before he was traded and the end of this one after his return.
Iverson acknowledges the years of banging down the lane and crashing the court have taken a severe toll on his 34-year-old frame. He's limited at shootarounds and practices -- by coaches decision, not complaint -- and no longer has the quickest first step in the league.
"I've been dealing with that the last 5, 6 years I've been playing," Iverson said. "I understand that when I fall or hit something that it flares up or gets irritated a lot faster than it used to. That comes from getting older."
By the time the fourth quarter rolled around, Iverson could rest. Willie Green's 3-pointer with 9:10 left in the fourth gave the Sixers 102 points, meaning free food at a fast-food restaurant for the few fans who bought tickets.
