星期五湯水﹣南瓜蘋果淮山雙豆湯
又到星期五湯水的時間!對於女性來說,養血幾時都是最主要的養生目標,這個湯就最適合不過。湯中有紅棗、桂圓和紅豆,都能益氣養血,能舒緩思慮過多、怕冷,面色及嘴唇偏白等症狀。
材料:南瓜300克(約半斤)、蘋果2個、新鮮淮山1根、紅豆30克、黃豆40克、桂圓肉10枚、去核紅棗4-5枚、無花果2枚
做法:
1. 材料洗淨,淮山、南瓜、蘋果去皮切大件備用。
2. 鍋中加入2000毫升水,以武火煮滾,加入新鮮材料、紅豆、黃豆、桂圓、去核紅棗及無花果,轉文火煲約45分鐘即成,飲用前可加適量鹽調味。
功效:益氣養血。舒緩思慮過多、怕冷,面色及嘴唇偏白等症狀。
注意:感冒未清者、身體有偏熱症狀不宜飲用。

It’s time for our Friday soup series again! For ladies, nourishing blood is always an important part of healthy living, and this soup is a perfect choice! Ingredients for this soup include red dates, dried longan and red beans, all helps to replenish qi and nourish blood, and relieves symptoms of over-thinking, aversion to cold, pale complexion and lips.
Ingredients: pumpkin 300g (approx. half a catty), 2 apples, 1 fresh wild yam, red beans 30g, soy beans 40g, 10 dried longan, 4-5 seedless red dates, 2 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly, peel wild yam, pumpkin and apples and cut into large pieces.
2. Add 2000ml of water into pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Add in all fresh ingredients, red beans, soy beans, dried longan, seedless red dates and fig, then turn to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Effects: replenishes qi and nourishes blood. Relieves symptoms of over-thinking, aversion to cold, pale complexion and lips.
Note: Not recommended for those with a flu or have heat symptoms.

湯水新鮮材料 vs 乾品對對碰:(二至三人份)
新鮮淮山1根=淮山乾品20克
新鮮蓮子 160克=蓮子乾品80克
新鮮百合1個=百合乾品15克
淮山蘋果梨茨實湯
材料:新鮮淮山1根、蘋果1個、梨2個、茨實20克、眉豆20克、無花果3枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。新鮮淮山去皮切段,蘋果、梨可自行選擇留皮與否,切大件備用。
2. 鍋內加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:健脾益氣袪濕。紓解壓力大引起的身體困倦等症狀。

*レシピ*(直径16cm丸型1個分)
1.4回巻の車麩 3枚はたっぷりの水に浸して戻しておく。
2.車麸を戻している間に、卵 1個(Lサイズ・正味65g)、牛乳 70ml、砂糖 大さじ 1と1/4(12g)、バニラオイル 少々を混ぜあわせて卵液を作る。
3.1の車麩の水を固く絞り、敷き詰める型に合わせて切る。
4.3を2浸し、卵液をたっぷり吸わせておく。
5.りんご 2個(紅玉 400g)は、6等分に切り、皮を剥き芯を取り除く。
6.5にレモン汁 小さじ 2(10ml)をまぶしておく。
7.鍋にグラニュー糖 40gと有塩バター 30gを入れ、火にかける。
8.7に6を入れ、絡めながら煮詰めアメ色になったら火を止める。
9.8にシナモンパウダーをふる。
10.型にオーブンシートを敷く。
11.10に9を敷き詰める。煮汁も入れる。
12.11を180度に予熱したオーブンで25分焼く。
13.焼いた12に4を隙間なく敷き詰める。
14.13を180度に予熱したオーブンで15分焼く。
15.型ごと室温程度に冷ます。
16.皿に取り出す。
17.いただきます!
“Tarte Tatin with Apple and Kuruma-fu”
It's apple season here in Japan so we made a Tarte Tatin stuffed with shiny amber apples! The tart seems ordinary at first, but it’s a simple and creative recipe made with “kuruma-fu”, which are dried wheat gluten snacks sold in Japan. This is good with vanilla ice cream too!
*Recipe* (16 cm diameter round tart)
1. Put 3 four layered kuruma-fu in a lot of water and hydrate them.
2. While the kuruma-fu is soaking, mix an egg (large, 65g), milk 70 ml, 1¼ teaspoon of sugar (12g) and vanilla oil together to make the egg mixture.
3. Squeeze 1 hard and remove the water, cut it to match the tart mold.
4. Put 3 into 2 and make sure it absorbs the mixture well.
5. Take 2 apples (Jonathan apple 400g) and remove skin and core, then cut them into 6 pieces.
6. Put 2 teaspoons (10ml) of lemon juice on 5.
7. Put 40g of granulated sugar and 30g of salted butter in pot, and heat it.
8. Put 6 in 7 and boil while mixing until it becomes an autumn color.
9. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on 2.
10. Put baking paper on the tart mold.
11. Spread 9 all over the surface of 10.
12. Cook 11 in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
13. Spread 4 all over the surface of 12.
14. Cook 13 in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
15. Cool it at room temperature
16. Put it on a plate
17. It’s ready!

Using fresh melon into the bread dough makes this recipe really hard to succeed. Bread dough would be sticky after first fermentation.
if you try to make melon pan for the first time, I recommend you to try melon pan recipe without fresh melon, or reduce the amount of fresh melon.

Ingredients:
For the bread dough:
250g bread flour
150g melon
25g vegetable oil
25g cane sugar
2g salt
5g dried yeast
80g chocolate chips
For the cookie dough
140g pastry flour (All purpose flour could be substitution)
40g soy milk (or your choice of milk)
30g coconut oil (you could use any kind of oil instead)
50g cane sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients of cookie dough, and put it in a fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Cut melon and make it into puree with blender. add dried yeast.
3. Mix all the ingredients of bread dough and knead well. leave it at room temperature until it doubles in size.
4.Divide the both dough into 8 equal pieces. Add chocolate chips into bread dough.
5. Roll out the cookie dough to 2mm thick. Roll out the cookie dough until a size larger than the bread dough.
6. Cover the bread dough with the cookie dough. make patterns on surface.
7. Wait until it doubles in size.
8. Bake at 320F/160C for 20 minutes.

3、パン生地の全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、捏ねます。常温で二倍になるまで一次発酵させます。
4、パン生地を8等分し、チョコレートチップを加えます。
5、クッキー生地を8等分し、2mm厚くらいの円形に伸ばします。
6、パン生地をクッキー生地で包み、ラティッシュカッターでメロンパンの形を作ります。
7、二倍に膨らむまで二次発酵させます。
8、160℃のオーブンで20分ほど焼きます。
