- ข้อศอกขวาแตะเข่าซ้าย ให้ขาลอยไว้ไม่แตะพื้น ทำสลับกันไป2ข้าง
- อีกท่านึง ข้อศอกสองข้างแตะที่หัวเข่าแล้วยืดขาออก เกร็งหน้าท้องเอาไว้ ทำ2ท่านี้สลับกันไปเรื่อยๆ ใครอยากมีกล้ามท้องสวยๆให้ทำนะจ้ะ!

ท่าเวทในวันเข้ายิม เน้นสร้างกล้ามเนื้อทั้งตัวนะคะ
🍬Bent-over row 10reps x4sets ท่านี้ได้หลังค่ะ (DB: 6kg x2)
🍬One-arm DB snatch 10reps x4sets แรงที่ออกหลักๆจะใช้ขาและก้นเพื่อโยนตัวขึ้น แต่เกร็งท้องและcoreได้ดีมากๆ (DB: 6kg)
🍬Split squat 10reps x4sets ถือดัมเบลข้างตรงข้ามขาหน้านะคะ เข่าไม่เลยปลายเท้า เข่าล่างเกือบแตะพื้น ได้ก้นต้นขาดีมาก (DB: 12kg)
🍬Pulsing squat 10reps x4sets สควอทแล้วย้ำตอนจังหวะลง2ครั้ง ค่อยยืดขึ้นบีบก้นเข้าหากันค่ะ (DB: 6kg x2)
