超興奮！今天開始我正式成為「康乃爾大學數位學習課程」（eCornell）的學生啦！報名了一個為期六週的植物營養學證照課程，主要是由營養學界的巨人柯林.坎貝爾博士授課。😍
12年前我選擇素食完全是為了動物，沒有其他原因。但多年來我看到身邊許多人深受吃動物所帶來的健康問題所苦（二型糖尿病、多種癌症、心臟病、阿茲海默症、肥胖等等）。更進一步想，我們每個人都是地球的細胞，如果自己都不健康了，要怎麼去療癒他人、療癒地球呢？
由於政府政策、產業操縱以及一般人缺乏批判性思考能力、慣於對主流知識照單全收，用全食物蔬食來預防疾病的力量還太少人知道了。
也因此，我近兩年在營養學公益組織NutritionFacts.org就職，學到了太多以前無法想像會學到的東西。現在，我決定要更有系統學習植物營養學，希望學成後能對工作、對更多人都有所幫助。
因為我自己也是今天才開始上課，所以還沒辦法告訴大家對課程的評價～～這點就只能等六週後分享了！😄

Twelve years ago I embarked on a journey of gradually cutting meat, dairy and eggs out of my life because I felt the pain of farmed animals deeply. However, over the years I've witnessed those around me suffer from chronic diseases that could have been prevented by a whole food plant-based diet. I started to wonder - since we are all cells of the Earth, how can we heal others and the planet without healing ourselves first?
The power of a whole food plant-based diet has long been dismissed or suppressed by industries, the government, and individuals without the ability of critical thinking. That led me to my amazing current job at NutritionFacts.org two years ago, and now I've decided to step up my effort and actually participate in this certificate program.
