มันคือเรื่องจริงนะเว้ย เพราะกระป๋องพวกนี้ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อบรรจุผลิตภัณฑ์เท่านั้น สังเกตง่ายเลยว่าไม่มีห้างไหนแช่เย็นกระป๋องพวกนี้เลย มีแต่วางขายบนชั้นวางแบบเหงาๆ

ถ้าอยากกินเย็นๆ ก็หาอะไรมาเทใส่แล้วใส่น้ำแข็งเพื่อเพิ่มความเย็นจะดีที่สุด และเพื่อความปลอดภัย หากกินไม่หมดให้เทใส่ภาชนะอื่นๆแล้วเอาแช่ไว้ จะดีกว่า อย่าขี้เกียจ อย่ามักง่ายกับเรื่องง่ายๆพวกนี้ เดี๋ยวจะหาว่าไอ้งัวไม่เตือนนะ !!!

*レシピ*
1.チョコレートで顔のパーツを作る。
シリコンシートやオーブンシートの上で作ると
冷蔵庫で固まったチョコレートを剥がしやすいです。
コーヒームースを作ります。
2.スポンジ(→https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUPtny9ddKs)を
型より一回り小さく切っておく。
3.生クリーム100ccを7分立てにしておく。
4.粉ゼラチン5gを水30ccでふやかしておく。
5.鍋に卵黄2個、牛乳100cc、グラニュー糖30g、
インスタントコーヒー小さじ2を入れ、
混ぜながら弱火にかける。
6.少しとろみが付いたら火から下ろす。
7.4を加え混ぜ、濾す。
8.7を氷水で冷やしながら3の生クリームと同じくらいの
とろみを付ける。
9.3を加えて、混ぜる。
10.型に9を流し入れる。間に2を挟む。
11.冷凍庫で固める。
キャラメルグラサージュを作る。
12.水20ccに粉ゼラチン4gを入れてふやかしておく。
13.鍋に砂糖80g、水30ccを入れ、中火に火にかける。
14.時々、鍋を揺すりながら加熱し、茶色になったら火を止める。
15.熱湯100ccを入れる。
(ハネるので蓋を用意しておくと安心)
16.生クリーム100ccを加え、再び火にかけ、
今度は沸騰するまで加熱する。
17.12を加え混ぜ、濾す。
18.氷水で冷やしながら少しとろみが付くまで冷やす。
19.冷凍した11をお湯で温めて網などに取り出す。
20.18を19にかける。
21.1のチョコレートを飾ってできあがり。

■ Make Coffee Mousse
3. Whip 100cc heavy cream and leave to set for 7 minutes
4. Set 5g of powdered gelatin in 30cc water
5. In a pot, add 2 egg yolks, 100cc milk, 30g sugar, and 2 tsp instant coffee and mix over low heat
6. Once the mixture has thickened, remove from heat
7. Add gelatin from (4) to mixture and strain
8. Cool mixture in ice water until it's the same consistency as the whipped cream from (3)
9. Add whipped cream to mixture
10. Pour mixture into mold, sandwiching sponge cake in middle
11. Cool in refrigerator
■ Make Caramel Glaze
12. Soak 4g gelatin in 20cc water
13. In pot, add 80g sugar and 30cc water and warm over medium heat
14. Occasionally cradle pot to stir and remove from heat when brown.
15. Add 100cc hot water
16. Add 100cc heavy cream and bring to boil
17. Add gelating from (12) and strain
18. Cool in ice water until mixture thickens
19. Remove cake from mold by warming with hot water
20. Spread caramel glaze over cake

練乳ムースをのせ、青汁の色を生かしたグラサージュをかけて仕上げました。
全て自己流 Moso-Styleです。
実は完成までに 2回、失敗してしまいました(汗)
In Japan, one of the most popular ways to beat the heat is by eating watermelon. For the Moso family, summer makes us want to make watermelon sweets!
This recipe is made from a literal watermelon cake that is covered with a condensed milk moose and glaze colored green with aojiru. This recipe is our original - Moso-Style! It tastes incredible and is healthy too!
*RECIPE*
▶ Watermelon Cake (Makes one 15cm cake)
1. Cut out watermelon using circular shape
2.Cut it in thickness of 3.5 cm.
▶ White Mousse:
3. Whip 50g (50 cc) fresh cream 80%.
4.Put 100g (100 cc) milk, 25g condensed milk and 10g granulated sugar into a pan.
Heat it until melted.
5. Turn off heat just before boiling.
Add 2.5g powdered gelatin and melt.
6.Cool the whole pan by ice water.
Put in vanilla essence.
Cool it while mixing and thicken it.
7.Add 6 in 3 and mix it.
8.Reinsert the circle mold into 2.
Put it in thinly.
Cool and hardens in a refrigerator.
9.Steep 5g powdered gelatin into 15g (tablespoon 1) water.
▶ Black Glaze:
10.Mix 10g black cocoa , 28g (tablespoon 2) granulated sugar , 20g (20 cc) water, and
20g (20 cc) fresh cream.
Make it boil with a microwave oven.
11.Take the quantity of 1/5(4g)from 9.
Put it in 10, mix and melt.
12.Put 11 into a forcing bag or a thick plastic bag and cool it.
▶ Green Glaze
13.Dissolve 40g Aojiru powder in water 100g (100 cc).
14. Add 100g granulated sugar and 100g (100 cc) fresh cream into a pan.
Hang it on the fire.
15. After boiling and melting,stop the fire.
Put the steeped gelatin (the remainder of 11) in and melt.
16. Filter with a net.
17. Thicken while ice water cools.
18. Taken out 8 from the refrigerator.
Remove the cake from the mold wrapped around a wet warm towel.
19. Pour 17(green glaçage) on 18.
Even if thickness is strong and it is loose, it does not go well.
20. Pour 12 on 19 Like the black lines of the watermelon.
If it cools too much, a lump is made and it cannot draw well.
21. You get it after chilled in the refrigerator.

冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
9.粉ゼラチン5gを水15g(大さじ1)に入れ、ふやかしておく。
黒いグラサージュを作ります。
10.ブラックココア10g、グラニュー糖28g(大さじ2)、
水20g(20cc)、生クリーム20g(20cc)を混ぜ、
電子レンジで沸騰するまでかける。
11.9から1/5(4g)の分量を取り、10に入れ混ぜ溶かす。
12.絞り袋や厚手のビニール袋に11を入れ粗熱をとっておく。
緑のグラサージュを作ります。
13.青汁の粉40gを水100g(100cc)で溶かしておく。
14.鍋に13とグラニュー糖(100g)、生クリーム100g(100cc)を
入れ、火にかける。
15.煮溶かしながら沸騰させ火を止め、
11の残りのふやかしたゼラチンを入れ溶かす。
16.網で濾す。
17.氷水で冷やしながらとろみをつける。
18.8を冷蔵庫から取り出し、電子レンジなどで
温めた濡れタオルなどを巻いてケーキを
セルクルから取り出す。
19.17の緑のグラサージュを18にかける。
とろみが緩いとキレイにかかりません。
とろみが強すぎても同じです。
20.12を19にスイカの黒い線の様にかける。
冷やしすぎると塊ができて上手く描けません。
21.冷蔵庫に入れ冷やしてからいただく。

We set out to make a chilled desert that looked like a watermelon, using watermelon flavored ice cream. Our yearly watermelon dessert. This is Mosogourmet's 2015 version. The watermelon filling tastes good frozen, but can also be eaten as-is, or be re-cooled in the refrigerator to enjoy later. It's delicious out of the freezer and just beginning to melt, too. There were a series of mishaps, like the consistency not coming out right and requiring a do-over with more gelatin, and the sponge floating on the filling, but we ended up with a fun dessert!

*Recipe*
Bake sponge cake
1. Line a 27 cm square baking pan with parchment paper, and coat with a thin layer of oil.
First, bake the green sponge cake
2. Divide the white and yolk of 1 egg.
3. Beat the egg white briefly with a mixer until it has turned entirely white. (Hand mixer on high speed.)
4. Add in 25 g of granulated sugar and beat thoroughly until peaks form.
5. Add in the egg yolk and mix again.
6. Dissolve 3g (1 1/2 tsp) of matcha in a small amount of hot water. Mix into egg mixture.
7. Sift in 13 g (1 2/3 tbsp) of cake flour, combine briefly at a low speed, then switch to a rubber spatula, and mix thoroughly until the flour is fully incorporated.
8. Pour your mixture into the pan from Step 1, and level it off.
9. Tap the pan on the counter to remove any large air bubbles, then bake for 4 1/2 minutes in a 200° preheated oven.
10. When it has finished baking, cover it with parchment paper or something to keep it from drying out.
Next, bake the white sponge cake
11. Divide the whites and yolks of 3 eggs.
12. Mix the same way as you did in Steps 3–5.(Granulated sugar 75g)
13. Sift in 37 g (4 1/2 tbsp) of cake flour, combine briefly on low speed, switch to a rubber spatula, and mix thoroughly until the flour is fully incorporated.
14. Pour this mixture into the pan from Step 10, and level it off.
15. Tap the pan on the counter to remove the large air bubbles, then bake for 6 minutes in a 200° preheated oven.
16. When it has finished baking, cover it with parchment paper or something to keep it from drying out.
Use watermelon ice cream to make the filling.
17. Once your sponge cake has cooled from Step 16, cut it into 2.5 cm wide slices, and cut the slices off diagonally at each end. (You will use two slices, plus about 7 cm.)
18. Line the circumference of the mold with parchment paper.
19. Place the pieces from Step 17 into the mold, as if trying to stick them to the paper, leaving no gaps.
20. Sprinkle 13 g of gelatin into 50 ml of water, and allow it to soak.
21. Heat the mixture in the microwave for about 30 seconds to dissolve the gelatin. (Do not let it come to a boil.)
22. Warm 140 ml of milk without letting it boil.
23. Mix the gelatin mixture into the milk.
24. Mix in 35 ml of watermelon syrup.
25. When that has cooled, add two packages of watermelon ice cream (380 ml / 310 g) and use mixer to blend.
26. Pour the mixture into your mold from Step 19, and allow it to cool and harden in the freezer for about 8 hours.
27. Draw on the black watermelon rind stripes with black cocoa powder melted into a small amount of water.
28. Slice and enjoy.
