While the society is a little less superficial than before and slowly gearing more towards fitness, there is still a very prominent issue about body image going on. There are many out there who suffer from self esteem issues silently, and more who fall prey to anorexia or bulimia. It breaks my heart when I hear of someone struggling like that. I went through one decade where I beat myself up and never found myself good enough. But I got out and I'm here now to help you get out too.
