我們當時正在溪床溯溪健行，使用衛星圖照片像往常一樣尋找新的地方。 當阿嬤告訴我們，河床裡住著野牛……他們會追趕人們時... 真是個瘋狂的大驚喜。 我在台灣生活了8年。 這是第一次在河裡體驗走路遇到野生水牛。
I was hiking up the river, using satellite photos to find new places like I usually do. When grandma told us that inside the riverbed lived wild cattle... and that they would chase people. What a crazy suprise. I've lived in Taiwan for 8 years. This is the first time to experience cattle in the river.

今天我的 Facebook 臉書粉專突破了十萬個粉絲，從來沒有想過我竟然可以在短短的一年達到這個里程碑。也許，對於廣大的網路世界來說，這個數字可能不是特別稀奇，但對於我來說是非常有意義的。其實，大部分的人應該不知道，我千里迢迢從加州飛來台灣，是為了追尋一場戀愛，可能有點像在拍電影，不過我的初衷真的不是要來做音樂，而是我遇見了一個獨特的女孩，她讓我墜入了愛河。
就在我搬來台灣不久之後，這段感情並沒有像我想像中這麼順利，那時衝動的我又沒有做好什麼規劃，一時之間發現自己沒有工作也沒有目標，徬徨地想著是否要回去美國。
2016年年初，在一陣深思熟慮與掙扎之後，我決定給自己一個挑戰--每個禮拜做一個音樂的影片，試試看在台灣有沒有人對我的音樂有興趣。剛開始的時候真的很艱難，即使沒什麼人要看我的影片，我還是要督促自己照著計劃前進。最辛苦的時候，我的戶頭裡甚至只剩3000台幣。不過，很神奇的就是在我這麼低潮時，出現了一絲絲的轉機，開始有人觀賞我的影片、轉貼我的影片。才幾個月的時間，我從身上只有3000元的小夥子，搖身一變成為Samsung新款手機的代言人；也從3000人的粉絲團，躍昇到100000個粉絲。我在這邊要由衷地感謝每一位粉絲對我的信心，並且欣賞我對音樂的執著。
希望我的故事能夠激勵每一個擁有夢想的人，朝著目標一步一步去實踐、去實現。我憑著一股對愛情的傻勁來到台灣，失戀之後也是好幾度想要回家，但我堅持住了，即使沒有任何公司或經紀人的幫助，我還是靠著自己走到今天。我的重點絕對不是要炫耀！就像我前面提到的，我知道100000個粉絲終究也只是一個數字。今天po文唯一的目的，就是期盼能感動到螢幕另一端的你，對你內心的夢想說說話。
我相信2017年會有更大更美的事情等著我去經歷，但願神擴張我的境界，甚至超乎我自己的想像。也祝福大家在新的一年都有所突破，謝謝你們。
I hit 100,000 followers on Facebook today. I never imagined I would be able to accomplish this in just one year. In the grand scheme of things, 100,000 on Facebook isn't a whole lot. But my story... Man I came to Taiwan from California to chase after love. The majority of you don't even know... I didn't come to Taiwan because I was so passionate about pursuing music. I came to Taiwan because I met a girl and fell in love with her. But shortly after I moved here, the relationship didn't work out and I was left with no direction, no job, no goals or plans. I wanted to move back to America because my relationship failed. At the start of 2016 I decided to make weekly videos in my room to see if anybody would watch them. It was so tough in the beginning, I had to really force and push myself even when nobody watched them. When I hit rock bottom, I was down to 3,000NT in my bank account. Surprisingly, things began to pick up and people in Taiwan were starting to watch and share my videos. I went from 3,000NT in my bank to being the spokesperson for the newest Samsung Galaxy phone within several months. I went from 3k to 100k followers within a year. I want to thank every one of my followers because you believe in me and appreciate my joy in making music. I hope my story can inspire you to pursue your goals and motivate you to chase your dreams. I came to Taiwan to pursue love, didn't work out and wanted to move home many times, but I stuck through it. I had no help from any company or manager, I did it all by myself. I'm not saying this to brag about how good I am, because like I said, 100,000 is just a number. I'm only hoping that my story can reach out and speak to you. 2017 has bigger and greater things for me. God is going to take me to places where I would never imagine.

The Ottawa Bureau Chief of The Globe and Mail
Robert Fife and reporter Steven Chase put their questions to MOFA Minister Joseph Wu in a recently published interview on #Taiwan-#Canada relations and the threat of Chinese expansionism.
Minister Wu called in the interview for #LikeMindedCountries to stand together to protect #HumanRights, #freedom and #democracy and pointed to the increasing dangers of disinformation, as China continues to try and exert its influence beyond its borders, including the targeting of Canadian citizens.
Minister Wu also suggested Canada sign a foreign investment promotion and protection agreement with Taiwan and invite the country to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (#CPTPP).

聽說用chase在台灣刷比較划算
在週日的時候
我刷了婚宴的訂金台幣80000
還刷了高鐵台幣4470
還刷了飯店
結果價格有些落差
80000 --> 美金2795.70 --> 28.61
4470 --> 美金149.87 --> 29.82
295xx --> 美金990.28 --> 29.8x
為什麼匯率差那麼多？ 同個時間刷的
我發現老婆在簽那張八萬的時候，沒有勾選台幣或美金
應該是被DCC了
所以我想要退刷在重刷一次
不知道chase 海外退刷需要手續費嗎？
而且我的那筆已經入帳了...請問該如何拯救？？
