What’s better than cheese?

Three types of it mixed into one dish!

Combining the soft milky taste of mozzarella, the crumbly umami of parmesan, and the sharp tang of cheddar, our Triple Cheese pasta will make your taste buds dance in delight! The rich flavours of the cheeses are delicately balanced out by the slightly salted San Remo elbows pasta we used in the recipe, to give you a mouth-watering dish that both adults and kids can’t get enough of.

Cover the top of your dish with breadcrumbs and generous cubes of butter before you slip it into the oven. The end product will be a beautiful, golden-brown pasta that is crispy on top, melty inside and absolutely yummy!

台北 | 巷子裡的蔬食夜生活（蛋奶素）
「二本餐廳」隱藏在巷子裡，不小心就會錯過它，我是晚上去的，超有感覺，室外和室內都很chill，很適合三五知己來吃吃喝喝，最好先訂位喔～

超推「黑海竹炭醬意大利麵」NT300，裡面的綜合菇和海茸頭等食材超搭的，它的醬有點豆鼓味，蠻野味的，吃完嘴巴秒變黑黑的，很好玩 😆 如果你能吃辣，可以試試「阿珠媽燉飯」NT300，泡菜辣得好爽，不能吃辣的要小心考慮囉！

這邊的飲料感覺都挺厲害的，我很大膽地點了一個可能會中伏的蔬菜汁－大力水手號菠菜汁(NT200)。比想像中好喝很多耶，草青味不會很重，很特別的味道，不錯！而且我們在吧台前面，目不轉睛地看著員工用心地為我們調配飲料，好像在看表演喔 😂

Taipei | Nightlife in the Alley
"Herban Kitchen＆Bar" is hidden in the alley. It's too easy to miss it. I went there at night. It is very chill both outdoors and indoors. Best to book it in advance~

Super recommend "Bamboo Charcoal Pasta" NT300, the mixed mushroom and sea velvet head and other ingredients are well matched. Its sauce is a bit like dried black bean, your mouth will turn in black color when finish 😆 If you like spicy, you can try the "Kimchi Risotto" NT300, kimchi is quite spicy, if you can't eat spicy, be careful about this dish!

The drinks here are quite powerful. I am very brave to order a shake that maybe not taste good - Popeye the Sailor Man (NT200). Way better than what I expected, the grass green taste will not be too heavy, very special taste, i like it! And we were seating in front of the bar, watching the staff carefully mixing the drinks for us, it's like watching a show 😂

Enjoying delicious food from Philippine's popular fast food chain, Jollibee! Very happy that I finally got to eat the Aloha burger! I've also tried a few other items on the menu that I've not eaten before like the Fiesta Noodles (Palabok Fiesta) and Beef Burger Steak with rice! Personally, I think the Aloha burger tastes a lot better than McDonald's Cheeseburger :p
I know a lot of you wanted me to try the Mango Peach Pie and the dessert Halo Halo Sundae but we don't have those items on the menu here in Jollibee Singapore... Sad.. But it's okay, maybe they might add them to the menu in the future :)
