As far as an #armbalance is concerned, this is actually not a pretty difficult #asana. In fact you don't even have to be able to do #bakasana or #crowpose to do this pose. However it is the tight hips that makes it challenging. If that's you (@rybro767) then why don't you try #halfpigeon or #ekapadarajakapotasana, or you can do the preparatory pose I'm demonstrating in the top half of the picture - holding the shin up in standing, which very much mimics the shape of #galavasana. Please note that this prep pose can also be done lying down on the back.
