Vitamin d reduces inflammation and promotes modulation of cell growth and glucose metabolism . It’s good to be out in the sun 😉 with a natural sunblock ! Eating right and limiting our sun exposure is best. But if u wanna lie in the sun all day I suggest reading up and getting the right natural sun blocks here’s a super article I just read
