在頂尖期刊要登個案，並不是靠稀少，而是靠意義。謝孟樵醫師團隊的這篇文章，提供了蠻好的示範。
文章只以兩段簡短介紹，並配上三張圖。一開始介紹患者的臨床診斷過程，第二段介紹這個疾病與鑑別診斷建議。
鋇劑檢查一般被認為是較為過時的診斷技術，由於腸道的重疊、胃腸道準備不足等原因，可能造成瘜肉與癌症的誤判之外，在看到病灶後無法直接做切片，也輸給大腸鏡。
但在這個例子中，對於較深的潰瘍，大腸鏡沒辦法看見到底潰瘍深到哪裡、通到哪裡，反而是能夠自由流動的鋇劑造影，可以很容易地取得相關資訊，更進一步能以電腦斷層掃瞄，做精確的定位。
這類疾病，術前的診斷率很低，但偏偏術前對解剖的釐清，對於手術本身很重要。綜合以上的分享，本例對臨床一線醫師的啟發很有意義，於是獲得刊登。

有時候逛大陸幾個網站，都會提到北美範文，
但光看北美範文的感覺，有時總是像霧裡看花一樣，不明其究。
在amazon逛了逛相關的評價，發現riting skills for the gre/gmat的評價挺不錯的，
就索性買了這本書來看，一看之後驚嘆不已！
簡單的說，這本書其實才是心法，北美選文只是招式而已啊！
如果有人已經買過北美範文的話，真心推薦一定要看看這本書。
特別是Part 2的Issue部分，說明、佈局、練習都在其中。
不過這本書的43頁，有個字拼錯了。ncokg，應該是reckon才對。

The speaker neglects to consider and rule out other explainations-for
