✔️elbow kiss ถือดัมเบล ตั้งศอกไปด้านหน้า2ข้าง กางศอกออกให้รู้สึกตึงๆที่จุ๊กกุแร้ ศอกซ้าย-ขวา ลากมาเป็นเส้นตรงขนานพื้น ดึงศอกกลับมา 15reps 4sets
✔️arm circles(forward-backward) ถือดัมเบลกางแขนออก คว่ำมือลง แล้ววาดเป็นวงกลม เข้า-ออกช้าๆ อย่างละ15reps 4sets
✔️overhead pullover นอนหงาย ถือดัมเบลคว่ำมือชูขึ้นเพดาน ค่อยๆลดแขนไปด้านหลังจนมือหงายขึ้น แต่ไม่แตะพื้น และกลับมาท่าเริ่ม 15reps 4sets
✔️dumbbell push-up row วิดพื้นในขณะที่มือกำดัมเบลค่ะ ถ้าใครไม่ไหว เอาเข่าวางพื้นก่อนได้นะคะ แล้วต่อด้วยดึงศอกไปข้างหลังทีละข้าง ทุกครั้งที่ดึงศอก คอนโทรลแผ่นหลังให้นิ่ง ไม่เอนไปด้านใดด้านหนึ่ง ถ้าเอนแปลว่าหนักไป ให้ลด นน. ดัมเบล หรือไม่ต้องใช้ดัมเบลก็ได้ค่ะ 10reps 4sets

These Arizona flannel caterpillars, Megalopyge bissesa, also known as asps or puss caterpillars, are just about the most delightful little creatures I have had the pleasure to work with. So what that they are venomous, and have one of the most intense and painful stings of any caterpillar in North America? I can easily forgive them this as they meander around with their curly orange mow-hawks and little felted dongles.
Flannel caterpillars of a number of species live throughout the Eastern and Southern United States and are quite diverse in the New World Tropics. Some of their claims-to-fame include being mimicked by a tropical bird hatchling in a rare example of a vertebrate mimicking an invertebrate, being featured in an original series Star Trek episode, and being a popular hair-piece in well-to-do circles. Don't be fooled by their fluffy cuddliness into moving in too close - they really are a caterpillar that is best not handled - but try to appreciate them for their sting as well. What other adorable, goofy, slow, and lurching animal can humble a grown human with just a brush against ones arm? Too often we let fear and occasional bad experiences with a creature cloud our view, these caterpillars are unique and something we should be proud to include as part of our natural heritage!
This group of little tribbles will soon build cocoons, pupate, and eventually, emerge as equally fluffy and charming moths (look them up!). Then maybe they will fly off back to their home planet...

A macaron is a sweet meringue-based French confectionery. It is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside.
This is the basic macaron recipe with the basic buttercream filling ;) You can customize with any color and flavor.

How to Make Panda Macaron
Difficulty: Patience
Time: 3hours
Number of servings: 10 large macarons
Necessary Equipment:
electric mixer
pastry bag with a 3/8-inch round tip
Ingredients:
((Macaron Shells))
55g (2oz.) egg whites
50g (1.8oz.) granulated sugar
60g (2.1oz.) ground almonds (without skin)
80g (2.8oz.) powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
((Buttercream Filling))
2 egg yolks
40g (1.4oz.) granulated sugar
100g (3.5oz.) unsalted butter *room temperature
vanilla extract
((Decoration))
brown and pink chocolate pens
Directions:
((Macaron Shells))
1. To draw panda face, you want to make large macarons. So, draw about an inch and a half wide circles (leaving about 2 inches between) on a piece of paper. To make perfect uniform circles, you wanted to place it under the parchment paper to trace. You can search for the template online.
2. Measure the egg whites in a large bowl, and keep in the fridge (to make them easier to whip). Sift in ground almonds and powdered sugar in a large bowl, then keep in the fridge (to let them stay dry).
3. Meringue: Whip egg whites with an electric mixer until foamy. Gradually add granulated sugar 1/3 at a time, then continue to whip until stiff glossy peaks form when you lift the beaters.
4. Add the meringue into the dry ingredients, and mix with a silicone spatula until just incorporated.
5. Macaronnage: Punch down the spatula into the batter, then scrape batter from the sides to the center, and punch again. Repeat this for 10 or more times (depending on your arm strength) until the batter slowly and continuously drips back into the bowl like a ribbon when you scoop it up with the spatula.
6. Line baking sheets with parchment paper, place the template under the parchment paper. Fit a pastry bag with a 3/8-inch round tip, and fill with batter. Pipe out the batter in the circles (the batter will spread a little, so keep it smaller). Tap bottom of each baking sheet (or slam on the counter) to release any air bubbles in macarons.
7. Let stand at room temperature until dry, and a skin forms on the tops, for about 30 minutes or more. Make sure the batter will not stick to your finger.
8. Preheat the oven to 150C (302F). Bake for 14-15 minutes. Let the macarons cool completely on the baking sheet.
((Buttercream Filling))
1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until they turn a lemon-yellow color and thick.
2. Add the butter and mix well. Then add vanilla extract to taste.
3. Pour the buttercream into a pastry bag.
((Decoration))
1. Pipe about 1 teaspoon buttercream on to the middle of one shell, then gently place another shell on top.
2. Set the chocolate pens in a cup of hot water for a few minutes. Cut the tip of the chocolate pens and draw panda faces on the macarons.
Rest the filled macarons for a day before eating them. You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

This workout sequence combines both strength training + cardio, which is the most effective way to burn fat on your arms and lean up at the same time. Do this regularly to achieve results in 4 - 6 weeks time!
Exercises
1) Wide to Narrow Push-up
Active Rest: Straight Punches
2) Spiderman Push-up
Active Rest: Hook Punches
3) Tricep Dips
Active Rest: Cross High Punches
4) Plank Up-Down
Active Rest: Arm Circles
Sequence: 8 Intervals (45secs each interval)
Total Time: 15 minutes (2 sets)
1 minute rest in between sets
Best Results: Do this workout 2 - 3 times weekly on alternate days. Combine this with total body workouts!
To progress:
- Perform 3-4 sets.
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher
- Choose the advance version

Good news ladies! You can tone your arms without bulking up at any age with these simple yet effective exercises. This workout will work the arms and shoulders from every angle to tighten and firm them up.
Equipment: Dumbbells (1 – 2kgs each). If you don’t have a pair of dumbbells, fill 2 water bottles with stones and use them as your weights.
Structure: 15 reps per workout, 3 sets. For best result, aim to do these workouts 2 – 3 times weekly on alternate days.
