【四大極地最終站 – 南極洲 D3與D4賽況更新。】
由於小幫手遲遲未收到彥博回傳的訊息,先和各位更新大會資訊:
第三站已順利結束(10小時的賽程),第四站來到Dorian Bay, 持續了3小時的4公里繞圈賽,賽道雪深及膝,因強風過大而提前停止比賽。
彥博持續維持和Kyle相同公里數,Stage3完成75.6及Stage4達成15.2公里,緊咬住不放!
目前總排名為1. 美國選手Kyle McCoy 239公里 2.台灣選手Tommy Chen 235公里 3.瑞士選手Filippo Rossi 223.8公里(依大會最終更新)
今日第五站將於Danko Island舉行,南極時間早上7:30(台灣時間晚間8:30),預計賽程時間4個半小時。

STAGE 3: BREAKING NEWS 4

It is now Thursday, 25 Nov in the evening. Happy Thanks Giving everyone.
Stage 3 was completed yesterday. Results have not been received yet, but photos are on the website.
They moved to Dorian Bay for Stage 4 which was limited to 3 hours of running a 4km circuit in deep snow up to their knees.
STAGE 4: BREAKING NEWS 2

Stage 4 has been completed. The 4km circuit in deep snow at Dorian Bay was cut short after only three hours due to high winds. The top runners completed 16kms here before everyone went back to the expedition ship.
All 61 competitors are still in the race and doing well although a bit tired.
Currently the Overall Positions are:
1. Kyle McCoy - USA - 239kms
2. Tommy Chen - Taiwan - 235kms
3. Filippo Rossi - Switzerland - 224kms
STAGE 5 is planned to take place on Danko Island starting at 07:30 on Friday, 25 Nov (local time in Antarcitca / Ushuaia, Antarctica). Four and half hours of running is set for this location.

This is a pretty intense fat burning full body workout. This will burn heaps of calories if you're trying your best.
Don't worry if you can't do it as fast as I am in this video. If you had a break from working out, then it'll take some time to get used to intense workouts again. I personally had a break and find it hard to keep up with my workouts. This workout was filmed before I left to Japan so I was in better shape at that time as well! I hope you try this workout out and if you can't do any of these exercises, you can replace it with jumping jacks, or high knees, or even jog in place to keep the heart rate up.

Honestly, I don't regret any of the decisions I made back then because I believe it really sculpted me to become who I am. However, I know if I had somebody back then to guide me a bit more, life would've been easier and I wouldn't have to learn the hard way XD
Nobody can run through life being problem-free. We're bound to graze our knees from time to time. What matters is we pick ourselves up again and keep going!
