每逢節日不少人都通宵達旦地玩樂,昨晚中秋節玩得很盡興吧?中醫理論認為熬夜傷陰,這種暫時性的陰氣不足,會使體內陽氣相對偏盛,令人容易出現口渴、出口瘡、喉嚨痛等虛熱症狀,適量食用有滋陰功效的食物,就能補充身體流失的津液,補救熬夜對身體的傷害。中秋節家中水果特別多,在水果籃中找到蘋果和雪梨,正好來一鍋滋潤素湯,配搭補氣養陰的花旗參及清熱養陰的石斛,紓緩陰虛引致的乾燥不適。
滋陰潤燥湯水小貼士:
適當地添加滋陰潤燥的食材如雪耳、百合、枸杞子、乾螺頭等。
蘋果雪梨粟米雪耳湯
功效:滋陰潤肺、利咽,紓緩因睡眠不足而口乾、眼乾、皮膚乾等症狀。
材料:蘋果1個、雪梨2個、粟米1根、無花果乾3枚、雪耳1朵、新鮮百合1個、紅腰豆30克、腰果30克
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,蘋果、雪梨去皮去芯切大塊,粟米去衣去鬚切段,百合剝開備用。雪耳用清水泡半日至軟身,把黑色底部剪掉備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Many people tend to stay up all night to have fun during festive seasons. How about yesterday’s Mid-Autumn festival? According to Chinese Medicine, staying up late at night will hurt the yin, the temporary lack of the yin energy will upset its balance with the yang energy, which will become more active. Such condition will cause individuals to experience asthenic heat related symptoms such as excessive thirst, mouth sores and sore throats.
Consume an appropriate amount of food that will nourish the yin can replenish fluid loss in the body, hence salvaging the damage late-night sleep has caused to our body. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, it is common to find fruits around the house. If you manage to find apple and pear, why not make yourself a pot of soup? Appropriately add in ingredients such as snow fungus, lily bulb, wolfberry, dried conch.
Snow fungus soup with apple and pear
Effects: Nourishes yin, moistens lungs and relieves sore throat. Relieves symptoms such as dry mouth, dry eyes and dry skin due to poor sleep.
Ingreidents: 1 apple, 2 pears, 1 corn, 3 dried figs, 1 snow fungus, 1 fresh lily bulb, 30g red kidney bean, 30g cashew nut
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and core apple and pear, cut into pieces. Peel corn and remove silk and cut into pieces. Peel lily bulb. Soak snow fungus in water for half a day until soften, then cut off black bit from bottom.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.

即使鬼門關沒開,大家身邊總會有一、兩隻「夜鬼」,又或是你自己根本也是!在大部分人好夢正酣時,靜靜獨自享受深宵時光,打機、追劇、上網雖然感覺疏肝,但其實對身體卻最不好!長期熬夜耗傷陰血,體內津液虛耗,便會出現陽氣偏盛的症狀如口乾、皮膚乾、心悸、失眠、便秘、粒粒大便等等。這個時候除了要調整作息,盡量早睡,也可以飲用具滋陰清熱功效的湯水調理體質。以下這碗黑鼆鼆的湯水,絕不是巫婆的可怕湯水,也不是孟婆湯,反而是功效一流的滋陰素湯,在農曆七月飲用特別有感覺!
滋陰清熱湯水小貼士:
適當地添加滋陰清熱及生津食材如花旗參、百合、雪梨、核桃、雪耳等。
黑鼆鼆夜鬼湯水
材料:粟米2根、舞茸菇3朵、花菇6枚、生地15克、麥冬9克、核桃4枚、無花果3枚
功效:滋陰清熱、生津潤肺、潤腸通便。紓緩口乾、皮膚乾、心悸等陰虛症狀。
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨備用,粟米留鬚去衣切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
注意:感冒未清、脾胃虛弱或容易胃部不適者不宜飲用。

Preparation:
