有些蔬菜天生帶有黏液,吃起來有滑潺潺的質感,有人喜歡,有人覺得很討厭,事實上這些黏液甚有益處,先說秋葵,它有清熱降火氣作用,果莢內的黏液可保護胃壁,促進胃液分泌,改善消化不良症狀。而夏天當造的潺菜又名「腸道清道夫」,口感似是加了黏液的菠菜,其黏滑的「多糖」物質就有滑腸通便作用。蘆薈更是知名的通便食材,它有清肝除煩功效,適合紓緩因熱症引起的便秘。以上介紹的三種食材屬性偏寒涼,適合身體偏熱人士食用,其大便狀態較硬,呈一粒粒、乾身羊屎狀、要費大力氣才能排出。要注意脾胃虛寒、腹瀉便溏者不宜食用。
秋葵 — 性寒,具有清熱降火、潤腸通便作用,其豐富的黏液質可潤燥、護胃。但由於性寒,脾胃虛寒者、容易腹瀉、孕婦不宜多吃。
潺菜 — 又名落葵及木耳菜,性寒,有清熱、滑腸通便的功效,適合大便秘結、痔瘡便血、濕熱痢疾者食用。脾胃虛寒者、月經期間不宜多吃。
蘆薈 — 性寒,清熱通便的作用,適合熱結便秘者食用。脾胃虛寒者、容易腹瀉不宜多吃,月經期間、孕婦不宜進食。

我都知道有好多「無飯煮婦」都開始入廚,其實煮低卡食譜可以好簡單又好味!等我分享一個零失敗嘅懶人電飯煲飯食譜俾大家,將所有材料放晒入電飯煲就得啦💪🏻 影晒步驟俾大家,就一定成功啦!
材料:
蘑菇300克
白米1杯
清雞湯 200毫升(約一碗)
急凍帶子 8隻
Parmesan Cheese 40克
黑椒/胡椒粉 半茶匙
做法:
1. 蘑菇抹乾淨,切片。(不要洗!會洗走蘑菇的香味!)
2. 白米洗淨。將白米、雞湯放入電飯鍋後,再加入蘑菇片,按下煲飯程式掣。
3. 帶子洗淨,抹乾,加入胡椒粉醃 10 分鐘。當飯煮到 8 成熟,打開電飯鍋蓋,將帶子放置在飯的上面,蓋上飯鍋蓋,繼續煮至電飯煲完成煲飯程式。待煲飯程式完成後,再焗 2-3 分鐘,至帶子熟透,加芝士和黑椒調味,攪拌,即可享用。

秋葵清熱降火氣
初接觸秋葵,會給它毛茸茸的外表和切開後滑潺潺的黏液嚇怕,不過多吃幾次就開始欣賞它的爽脆夾雜滑溜口感。夏天盛產的秋葵,原產地為非洲,可食用部份為果莢,除了常見的綠色秋葵,亦有紅秋葵,營養成份與綠秋葵相若,不同的是紅秋葵含有少量花青素。秋葵最特別的地方是帶黏的質感,果莢的黏液可依附著在胃黏膜上,保護胃壁,並促進胃液分泌,改善消化不良症狀。而從中醫角度來看,秋葵性寒,有清熱降火氣作用,適合熱性體質或有偏熱症狀人士適量食用。
秋葵 ── 性寒,又稱羊角豆、毛茄、潺茄,具有清熱、降火氣作用,其豐富的黏液質可潤燥、護胃。但由於性寒,脾胃虛寒、容易腹瀉及軟便者不宜多吃。而由於性味甘寒而滑,孕婦忌食。

From a Chinese medicine perspective, okra is cold in nature and has the effect of clearing heat. It is suitable for people with heat related body condition or heat-related symptoms.

4, 只需10秒中就可以將所有石榴榨出石榴汁出來。
5, 加入水,攪拌勻即可飲用。
常喝蘇打水,對身體具有保健的作用。
適當飲用蘇打水有助於調節消化功能,緩解消化不良症狀。緩解疲勞。
普通蘇打水PH值為7.5至9.0,呈弱鹼性。由於不含糖及糖代用品,因此飲用更加安全。

係街買到既多數都係梳打水溝水果糖漿。
絕對唔健康。其實要係家中整一點也不難
只要想飲邊款有汽水果便弄那一款。
今次整雪葩梳打。只要預先把水果雪成冰就可以。
材料:
雜莓 100g
梳打水 1枝
做法:
1, 首先將雜莓放入冰格雪成冰。
2, 慢磨榨汁機轉用粗網。
3, 開動慢磨榨汁機把果冰放進。
4, 在出果渣的位置放一容器接軟滑雪葩。
5, 加入梳打水,攪拌勻即可飲用。
常喝蘇打水,對身體具有保健的作用。
