#夏日食譜第三集
過端午了，天氣越來越熱，可是看到中午的員工餐，怎麼食慾依舊這麼好啊!哈哈哈~不藏私，繼續來分享夏天料理食譜，暑假快到了，給媽媽們一點靈感來源吧!
《 今日菜單 》
❶ 冬瓜魚丸湯
❷ 南瓜燒肋排
❸ 金針花炒肉絲
❹ 滷大白菜
◈◈料理技巧分享◈◈
❶南瓜燒肋排
食材：南瓜、豬肋排、薑片、聰
調味：香菇素蠔油
----做法：
將豬肋排洗乾淨滾水燙過、南瓜洗淨切塊，薑切片，蔥切段
熱鍋放油，放入薑片、豬肋排煎至金黃色，
加入南瓜拌炒一下再加入香港素蠔油拌炒一下，
上色然後加入少許水蓋上蓋子燜煮至南瓜熟透加入蔥段後既可起鍋。（也可用大同電鍋蒸煮）

最近感覺到夏天真的來了，早餐就想吃點有夏日風味的! 這次一次就來和大家分享兩道很適合夏天的早餐。這次也很開心有機會與半天水事業合作，使用「鮮剖100% 純椰子汁」寫了這兩道具有熱帶風情的全素早餐食譜，希望你吃了也和我一樣愛上!
