「需要幫你拍照嗎？」就這樣認識了韓國Oppa，奇怪的是他居然對素食很感興趣，我把我吃素的原因、吃素對環境的影響等都一一跟他分享 (大概可以寫一篇論文了 🤣)。除了素食，我們還聊到人生很多深層次的問題，這感覺太奇妙了，畢竟我們還是陌生人啊 🤭 喜歡這樣交朋友~

在Canmore小鎮沒找到完全vegan的店，但素食友善的很多。這回帶著新認識的台灣女孩來到「Elita Restaurant」共進晚餐，素食友善好在朋友可以選擇她喜歡吃的，我也可以選擇素食，互相不勉強，非常好！我點了個沙鍋料理 (CA23.95)，有點像燉菜，很入味，以菇菇代替了肉，但口感非常像肉耶！店面感覺有點復古，應該是老店了吧，價錢方面偏高喔~

"Do you need a picture?" I met a Korean Oppa because of a picture. The strange thing was that he was very interested in vegan lifestyle. I shared with him my reasons of being vegan and the impact of veganism on the environment (I think I can write an essay based on our talk 🤣). In addition to the topic of veganism, we also talk about many deep and serious issues in life, which feels amazing, because we are still strangers 🤭 maybe I like to make new friends in this way ~

I couldn't find a completely vegan restaurant in this small town Canmore, but a lot of vegan friendly restaurants here. This time, I brought a new Taiwanese girl to "Elita Restaurant" for dinner which is a vegan friendly restaurant. Friends can choose what she likes to eat, and I can also choose vegan food. We all respect our own diet. I ordered a Crimini & Asparagus Casserole (CA23.95). It was a bit like a stew. Very tasty. Used mushrooms replaced the meat, but the taste was very meaty! The shop feels a bit old-fashioned, it should be an old shop, and a bit pricey~

Mushroom Risotto without Cheese! (Vegan version)
I love eating Risotto a lot but it always cook with CHEESE to create the sticky texture. This time I invited the chef of Teatimes茶時代 to teach me how to make mushroom risotto without cheese.

Poey Ng the chef of Tea Times is not a vegan/vegetarian yet but she's willing to cook vegan/vegetarian dishes. She loves cooking and used to go to Florence to learn European cuisine. She loves trying new cuisine and always asking her brother and sister to test the taste. She even said after her meat-lover sister Allison Ng Po Shan tasted this Vegan Mushroom Risotto, it changed her perception towards Vegan Dishes totally.

Poey is a very talented chef, I'm waiting her to create more recipe for vegan dishes or even changed to be a vegan and open a vegan restaurant!!

Today I came to their first flagship store in Asia located in Midvalley Megamall. Came to support my dearest @ditatilhen for her Makeup Demo

I learnt a hell lot about this brand and their products. Honestly, it's like the dupe of every famous cosmetics brands in the market, but sold at a very affordable price and its vegan aka cruelty free! The brand is from Italy btw! European brands rocks! Met @applehalique too now that he is under this brand (knew him since 2014 ffs) whatever he recommends, I trust hehe

It was also a good catch up sesh with @justkirath and @fxthmin21_, and finally met the person behind @stained_my wohooo. Nice meeting you babees

OK, so here's my general review about this brand: DAMN AFFORDABLE AND THEY ARE SOO GOOOODDDD. Must try is their mascara, setting spray, lip liners, eyeliners, eyeshadow mousse (well. Basically these are the things I bought just now haha) and for all this, I spent RM100+ jer wei. Weii weii weiii

If you swipe to the last picture, you'll see a similar dupe to Nars / Shu Uemura Eyeshadow Palette being sold at RM59..only...I pengsan

I also had a quick makeup sesh from @colorsbyrae as I wanted to try their foundation. I tried their Perfecting Skin Tin in shade CARAMEL (closest to my skin tone). Will let you know the verdict later. That's all for now.. Gotta dash to get food to break my fast hahaha
