有試過去了一家餐廳吃飯，吃完覺得食物和食材根本不值得那個價錢，又試過去吃飯，覺得食物超級好吃，老闆特用心，收費卻太便宜，還跟老闆建議可以收貴一點之類的經驗嗎？

最近在香港就找到兩家蔬食店是以【自由定價】來經營的，即按自身能力去付費，我昨晚去的這家是【 蘇波榮 So Boring 】，只開星期三到六晚上7pm到10:30pm，感覺他們開店就沒有要賺錢，主廚也不是每次一樣的，我去了兩次，都讓我蠻有驚喜的！這類沒有任何商業成份的小店，大家真的要多多去支持啊！

昨晚我帶了一個於今年11月份因為拍攝才認識的朋友去，記得第一次拍攝是去Vegan Fitness拍純素健身室，他對於吃純素卻可以練得這麽壯感到非常驚訝，慢慢的接觸愈多，他也愈了解蔬食，漸漸的他把最愛吃的牛肉戒了。

昨晚他告訴我，有一次他找不到吃的就去了麥當勞(我最討厭的快餐店)，由於他太久沒去所以沒注意到叫的是什麼肉，然後發現來的是牛肉，他說當下他感到非常內疚居然沒注意到。我聽到後其實覺得挺開心的，因為以前的他肯定不會這麽想的，吃什麼也不會這麽在意，現在至少是有意識地選擇「食物」！

Have you ever had the following experience?
had a meal in a restaurant but the quality of the food is not worth the price. or the quality of the food is too high but too cheap that you even talked to the owner ask them to raise the price?

Recently I found two vegan restaurants they offer 【Pay What You Want (PWYW)】in Hong Kong - So Boring is one of them. They only open on Wednesday to Saturday's at 7pm to 1030pm. I feel like they open this restaurant not for making profit, I have been there twice, chefs are different and the food are quite surprising. This type of non-profit business is worth to support!

I brought a friend that we met in November this year because of filming. The first time we met was filming those Vegan bodybuilders of 【Vegan fitness】, he was so surprised all of them are vegans but still can be that strong and muscular.

He went to most of the filming with me, helping me, he gradually knowing more and more about veganism, he starts eating less meat and even cut out his favourite meat - BEEF.

Last night, he told me one day he can't find anything to eat on the street, so he went inside McDonald's (I hate this fast food restaurant sooo much), he hasn't been there for so long so he didn't pay attention on what kind of meat he just ordered, then he found out it was beef, he said he was quite guilty that he ate the beef.

I was quite happy after I heard that because he will never had that guilty feeling in the past, but now at least he's more conscious when choosing "FOOD".

聽到西貢，你會聯想到什麼? 沒錯! 吃海鮮!! 我曾經最喜歡吃海鮮，特別是螃蟹、蝦、魚，還有去完愛爾蘭以後，特別鐘愛生蠔。

還記得剛剛蔬食的第一個星期，朋友建議我不如去西貢吃最後一頓海鮮餐，讓我把所有想吃的都一拼吃光，以後就不會再想了! 可是當我決定蔬食的那一個晚上開始，我就已經下了一個很堅定的決心直到到現在。

我並沒有壓抑自己不去吃，只是看待海裡的動物的感覺不一樣了，覺得牠們跟我一樣是有生命的，也跟我一樣共享著地球上的所有資源，我該好好對待牠們，像朋友一樣。

經台灣朋友的介紹，最近再次走到西貢，找到了這間西貢第一家純蔬食店 - 一步步 一步步 STEP，負責人是3位年輕少女，除了提供純素餐飲、私房菜，還有各式各樣的有機蔬菜和生活用品，不定期也會舉辦各類有趣活動！我其實真有點羨慕她們可以每天做著自己喜歡的事呢 ～

what would you think of when you heard about Sai Kong? YES! SEAFOOD! I like having seafood in the past especially crabs, shrimps, fishes and OYSTERS! still remember one of my vegan friend suggested me go to Sai Kong to have my last seafood! but from the first night I decided switch to be a vegan, I'm very confident of my decision that I will never eat any of them.

I didn't even try to inhibit my emotions, I just see those animals in a different way that they are actually same as me which is alive, have feelings and sharing all resources in the same world. so I think I should treat them like my friends.

I found the first vegan grocery & restaurant in Sai Kong recently, the founders are 3 beautiful young girls who are very passionate about what they are doing, besides providing vegan meals, they also have a lot different vegan organic products, they will also organise some interesting events sometimes!

在宜蘭市女中路發現另一家蔬食漢堡和果汁店－Canopy卡諾比新鮮慢磨果汁 ，這家店原本只是果汁店，後來兩位美女店主因為愛動物，於是開始提供純素漢堡!!

這家店雖然小小的，可是自家漢堡真的很好吃，果汁也很新鮮健康! 在宜蘭只有兩天的時間，很慶幸找到這家小店! 更打包了漢堡回台北吃呢～

found another vegan restaurant in Yilan City - Canopy, it was selling juice only but now they also provide home-made vegan burgers! YEAH~
