駐英國大使劉生今日又開記者會，話英國英國被「冷戰戰士」（ “cold war warriors” ）「騎劫」，違反對BNO嘅承諾同保證，所以會採取措施去唔承認BNO作為有效旅遊證件（"we have to take other measures not to recognise the BNO as a valid travel document."）。

不過佢堅持呢個唔係一個恐嚇（a threat），只係英國禁用華為5G同比居留權BNO嘅「後果」（"consequences"）。

雖然都算係頭版前幾頁，不過幾個傳媒嘅報導都大同小異，見無乜新意（報導手法呀），就唔小心睇下啲英國網民留言，真係呢...

When I was told to hand my dinner money over to Masher the (school version of a junior Ivan the terrible) or get a punch in the face. ฟังจากการแถลงข่าวเมื่อกี้ ชัดเจนมากว่า EU ได้ประกาศห้ามบุคคลที่ไม่ได้เป็นพลเมืองของEU เข้ามาในเขตของ EU แล้ว

ย้ำอีกครั้ง ผู้ใดที่ไม่ได้เป็นประชาชนของ EU ไม่สามารถเข้า EU ได้​ ซึ่งจะเริ่มบังคับใช้ทันที​ จากวันนี้ไปอีก30วัน​! ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการโดยสารทางอากาศ​ ทางน้ำ​ หรือบนบก

โดยในที่ประชุมยังได้กล่าวอีกว่า เข้าใจว่ามาตรการนี้เป็นมาตรการที่ถือว่าแรงมาก ซึ่ง

"เข้าใจว่าภาคธุรกิจจะต้องสูญเสียมหาศาล แต่เรื่องของสุขภาพของประชากรต้องมาก่อน"

* ยกเว้นการขนส่งสินค้า
* ยกเว้นผู้ที่ถือครองวีซ่าถาวร​/ วีซ่าพำนักระยะยาว​(long-term​ residence) และมีถิ่นพำนักในยุโรปและครอบครัวของผู้ที่พำนักครับ

十個月多咗幾十萬本BNO

英國內政部公布，二月嗰時只有大概35萬本BNO，去到八月就超過40萬，不過仲有20萬個申請處理緊，估計到年尾總數會超過73萬，即係上升110%。

政府發言人對於呢個情況就咁講，
"In recognition of our moral and historic commitment to British National (Overseas) citizens in Hong Kong, we will introduce a bespoke immigration route with a path to full British citizenship. A BN(O) passport is not required to apply."
（為咗確守對香港BNO持有人歷史同道德上嘅承諾，我地會度身訂造個移民方案，唔洗去申請返本BNO㗎。）
