I usually take at least 4 hours; sometimes 6-7hours to complete an assignment of about 5-7pages, seriously. And in the begining, I would #googletranslate every single sentences; from English to Malay; from Mandarin to Malay... but now I am able to do a little bit better... hehe hanya perkataan yang I google translate. #diaribudakcinabelajarteaterkataswara

Here's a second super duper secret.
Have you ever noticed how insanely strong gymnasts are? Or how some sprinters, jumpers, etc, parkour artists that use the barbell as a supplementary to their activities can also produce a mind boggling amount of power and strength? Especially considering how little they spend their time in the gym lifting heavy stuff?
So I managed to catch the Uzbek coach today and have a little conversation with my almost zero Russian and his relatively bad English and equally crappy Malay.
It's so bad I can't even write it as if he said it. SO here's the gist;
He says that when he trains his girls, he wants them to perfect the movement. The skill of the movement, then becomes what we define as "strength". When they can move properly they become "strong". After that, he repeats drills over and over and over again.
Sometimes when the girls aren't performing the skill very well, he breaks it down to something separate and makes the girls continue to grind the skill in.
I've seen with my own eyes do reps after reps of pull-ups at 8 years old and HSPU. I ask him what the secret is and he says "Everyday, everyday practice". Now someone who speaks Russian has gotta translate this to me because he isn't the first Russian speaker to call it "Everyday everyday".
He thinks that weightlifters should also do the same thing. Not be concerned with weight, but rather be concerned with movement, repetition and exertion. He suggests, repeat the same movement that is required by your sport but do not be a slave to the weight. Rather look, to the movement pattern, repetition of the movement and the amount of tension.
And he says minimize stress by not actually saying "I must hit this KG" instead just flow with the training. He says your moods are very correlated to your recovery, which is something my coach said as well.
Now you better appreciate this. We stood under 100% humidity in 41 Celsius temperature for 15 minutes trying to figure each other out.
