我成日叫自己唔好去到咁盡，
有好嘢食，我就會搞到自己好飽，
今晩同朋友食生日飯，
我食咗好多，
幾個courses全部食曬，
法國餐多舊魚，
加上而家係白松露季節，
Chef 既高手又重手，
之後仲要食埋芝士、甜品，
而家所有能量去晒個胃度搞消化，
唔想郁仲好想訓。
明天下午3時半，
約了楊天命做芷天招live，
但我啲schedule疊住晒，
下畫奶茶王教沖奶茶，
成班徒弟要過來廚房硏究，
咁點算？
而家太飽諗唔到嘢，
明天訓醒再算，

煮到啱啱好，
龍蝦肉在透明與變白色之間，
一秒都無煮多或煮少，
實屬出色😋😋
放心，隔離完之後，
我會盡快返O’Chef Lab執頭執尾，
