想讓自己更好，先學會疼惜自己。
最近覺得情緒對我來說是個越來越複雜的東西，今年不好的情緒特別明顯;自卑，憤怒，難過與自我譴責與否定等等; 甚至會在半夜驚醒過來。
練習好好的對自己訴說這些負面的情緒，細細的描述觀察，慢慢地找到關於自己的過去的生命經驗一些不好對話，並且好好面對。
在幾年前第一次經歷恐慌發作之後，要非常小心翼翼地處理各種資訊，無論是外在或是內在的;多理解自己，好好和自己對話，從旁多鼓勵自己，不逃避面對讓自己難過的事情。
